Ho consigliato Portas ad Amici e Parenti SONO MIGLIORATI I RAPPORTI CON LORO Disponibilità, accoglienza, supporto e serietà NON PLUS ULTRA Rapporto qualità prezzo a paragone con altri serramentisti INSUPERABILE. Purtroppo nella nuova casa pur a fronte di un ordine notevole, ho ricevuto infissi provenienti dall’est Europa (scoperto di recente). Mi era stato detto che non si poteva più mettere l’apertura basculante per motivi di garanzia (dopo la posa) ma in realtà ho scoperto che tutte le aziende le mettono perché utilizzano prodotti di migliore qualità. Ho inoltre richiesto il montaggio di serramenti motorizzati ma ho ricevuto tutto con tanta confusione nelle indicazioni di montaggio e nelle sostituzioni in garanzia. Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questo rivenditore. I put fixtures years ago and I was a regular customer of theirs. Unfortunately in the new house despite a considerable order, I received fixtures from Eastern Europe (recently discovered). I was told that it was no longer possible to put the tilting opening for warranty reasons (after installation) but in reality I discovered that all companies use them because they use better quality products. I also requested the assembly of motorized windows but I received everything with a lot of confusion in the assembly instructions and in the replacements under warranty. I strongly advise against contacting this dealer.

Dopo aver valutato altre proposte ho optato per loro e devo dire che il risultato è stato eccezionale. Una nota di merito al personale che ha individuato le esigenze e mi ha aiutato nella scelta con l'occhio di chi "conosce il mestiere". Nella posa sono stati attenti e, cosa non da poco, puliti e meticolosi. Vivamente consigliato. Fully satisfied, both in the quality of the product and in the foresight of the service. After evaluating other proposals, I opted for them and I must say that the result was exceptional. A note of merit to the staff who identified the needs and helped me in the choice with the eye of those who "know the job". In the pose they were attentive and, not least, clean and meticulous. Dopo 3 settimane di ritardo rispetto a quanto pattuito nel montare i serramenti il giorno stesso del montaggio mi stava cadendo un listello mal fissato in testa. Come se non bastasse a distanza di qualche giorno vedo che ci sono dei graffi di circa 8 cm ai lati dei vetri dei serramenti. Glielo faccio notare e dopo 6 mesi si degnano di contattarmi e sistemarmi il tutto, ovviamente non l'avrebbero mai fatto se non avessi telefonato per sollecitare. Ma scherziamo? Mai visto un lavoro fatto peggio e soprattutto mai avuto a che fare con gente più menefreghista di questa. Vergogna, davvero. Imbarazzante. Ah e ovviamente dopo tutti questi disagi non è stato proposto nemmeno uno sconto in fattura. I do not recommend any kind of work done by these gentlemen. After 3 weeks of delay compared to what was agreed in assembling the windows, on the day of assembly a badly fixed strip was falling on my head. As if that were not enough, after a few days I see that there are scratches of about 8 cm on the sides of the windows. I point this out to them and after 6 months they deign to contact me and fix everything, obviously they would never have done it if I hadn't phoned to solicit. Are we kidding? Never seen a job done worse and above all never had to deal with people more indifferent than this. Shame, really. Embarrassing. Ah and obviously after all these inconveniences, not even a discount was offered on the invoice.

Lavoro prenotato a giugno, completato in due giorni più ancora qualche ora di rifinitura.E con il bonus del 50 %. In pratica ho pagato la metà, senza richiedere ogni anno lo sconto fiscale per 10 anni. Great job on schedule with the replacement of all PVC window frames, including aluminum shutters. Job booked in June, completed in two days plus a few hours of finishing, and with the 50% bonus. In practice, I paid half, without requesting the tax discount every year for 10 years.
