★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da brava messinese quale sono, ho imparato a preparare le braciole (involtini) di carne e venendo a vivere qua a Torino mi sono preoccupata del fatto di non trovare la carne adatta per prepararle. Invece mi sono dovuta ricredere: una carne di ottima qualità e con un buon prezzo che una volta cotta (ma anche da cruda) si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca e ha fatto sì che le mie braciole venissero squisite. Inoltre il personale è davvero molto cordiale e amichevole. Credo di aver trovato la mia macelleria di fiducia. Complimenti continuate così!
As a good Messina as I am, I learned to prepare meat chops (rolls) and coming to live here in Turin I worried about not finding the right meat to prepare them. Instead I had to change my mind: a meat of excellent quality and with a good price that once cooked (but also raw) literally melted in the mouth and made my chops delicious. Plus the staff are really very warm and friendly. I think I've found my trusted butcher. Congratulations keep it up!
