Il negozio non è così visibile: si entra in un cortile, si scende la rampa e si seguono le indicazioni terminando in un cortile dove ci sono alcuni posti auto. La persona che mi ha assistito, ha ascoltato con attenzione le mie esigenze (lavora per una ditta che tratta maggiormente con aziende e nonostante ciò ha atteso che finissi di esporre il mio pensiero) e poi mi ha proposto il prodotto. E' stato educato, gentile ed esaustivo. Rilasciata senza richiesta fattura, cartellino per estintore e spiegato l'uso e la manutenzione.
I bought a fire extinguisher to keep at home and thus increase my peace of mind. The shop is not so visible: you enter a courtyard, go down the ramp and follow the signs, ending in a courtyard where there are some parking spaces. The person who assisted me listened carefully to my needs (he works for a company that deals mostly with companies and despite this he waited for me to finish explaining my thoughts) and then proposed the product to me. He was polite, kind and thorough. Issued without invoice request, tag for fire extinguisher and explained use and maintenance.
