★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In giro per la mia citta' mi sono fermata a pranzo in questo locale che ha da poco cambiato gestione.DA PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!Ambiente confortevole sie esterno che interno.Un bel menu' che accontenta tutti i palati e piatti ben presentati e davvero ottimi.Personale gentile e disponibile.Sicuramente tornero' per cena godendo anche della posizione strategica .
 Around my city I stopped for lunch in this place that has recently changed management. TO TRY ABSOLUTELY !!! Comfortable environment both outside and inside. A nice menu that satisfies all palates and well presented and really dishes. Excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely come back for dinner also enjoying the strategic position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer Hunger und Lust auf Nudeln hat , sollte hier am besten gleich weitergehen. Ich hatte hier Teigtaschen aus deren Speisekarte bestellt und bekam 4 Teigtaschen (circa 6x6 cm groß) für 15 Euro. Florenz ist zwar eine Touristenstadt und dementsprechend teurer, aber das ist schon sehr mager. Scheinbar weil wir Touristen waren. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist miserabel, zudem weil Nudeln an sich nicht mal teuer sind. Für diesen Preis kriegt man in anderen Lokalen in der selben Stadt mehr als diese Kinderportion. 2 Sterne weil zumindest das Essen geschmeckt hat aber mehr auch nicht.
If you are hungry and in the mood for pasta, you should go straight on here. I had ordered dumplings from their menu and got 4 dumplings (about 6x6 cm) for 15 euros. Florence is a tourist city and accordingly more expensive, but that is very meager. Apparently because we were tourists. Price / performance ratio is miserable, also because noodles themselves are not expensive. For this price you can get more than this children's portion in other restaurants in the same city. 2 stars because at least the food was tasty but not more.

The restaurant owner is very kind gent the meals are also very delicious !!! In my opinion it is one of the best Italian restaurants in Florence !!! 100% recommend to try it !! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most obnoxious meal I've had in Italy.
They made us wait 1h 45 mins to be served. If the food was good, it wouldn't have been as bad, but I don't think even raccoons would dare eating it.
Frozen food, cheap ingredients and confused and confusing service.
They have a whole section of the menu dedicated to burgers, which would make you assume they excel on them: NO. If Michelangelo had discovered this bread, the David wouldn't be made out of marble. You can break a window with it. Frozen fries, and allegedly Black Angus, that was dry as a mummy and not tasty at all. I assure you that the patties were frozen. They have the same freezer that keeps Walt Disney's remains.
I would bet my house that the Bolognese that came with the pasta comes straight from a Barilla jar : tastes the same and feels the same as the one I buy in the supermarket when I feel like NOT COOKING.
I write this as I'm waiting for the check, but I am positive I'm going to be angry.
AVOID AT ALL COST. This is the worst thing to happen to Italy since Mussolini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had a terrible experience at this place. Food was not good. I was brought an uncooked hamburger and sent it back to get cooked. It came back uncooked again. We were a party of nine. This was the worst food we had on our entire Italian vacation. It was expensive, and service was bad. This place is a definitely must miss. Trust me and just keep walking. There is a reason this place is much less crowded than everything around it.
