★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place and view, but the service is terrible. The price list is not correct - it's written tha the espresso costs 2 euro, but they charge you 3 euro without telling you is you take it in a porcelaine cup, not in a paper cup. And the taste of the coffee is far from good.

The main attraction in the Giardino di Bardini in early spring, is undoubtedly the wisteria tunnel (Italians call wisteria Glicine). Once you’ve walked around, you can sit and relax at the La Loggetta which offers coffee, snacks and aperitivo.
Unbeatable splendid views of Florence from this hillside location! The spring breeze was amazing!
My husband and I ordered a couple of grand cappuccinos, a lasagna with fungi and lasagna with meat and tomato sauce. They were quite delicious! But you pay the price of an extraordinary view - our meal cost €16 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view and gardens. The quality of the service and the overall experience does not meet expectations for such a place. It could be a great spot, but… nope. You probably want to go there, enjoy the views, afterwards just leave. If you just have few days in Firenze, give it a miss.
