★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo alla ricerca di un letto con reti motorizzate per motivi di salute ma senza dover rinunciare allo spazioso contenitore del nostro letto precedente. Sembrava fosse un’impresa impossibile. Invece abbiamo trovato sul sito Fedaflex la soluzione su misura per noi. Fissato un appuntamento ci siamo recati presso la sede di Malnate e, consigliati da Federico, molto competente, disponibile e mai assillante abbiamo scelto il nostro letto. Disponibili parecchi modelli , soluzioni motorizzate e non, materassi (che si possono provare) e una scelta infinita di rivestimenti. Abbiamo scelto la Ferrari dei letti: reti motorizzate con 5 snodi e doppio sollevamento, anch’esso motorizzato, per accedere al contenitore XL in dotazione. Che dire poi della consegna? Perfetta con un’attenzione particolare per la casa e soprattutto per il parquet.
Siamo soddisfattissimi della scelta sotto tutti i punti di vista, personalmente era da tanto tempo che non dormivo così bene!!!
Consigliamo questa azienda per la qualità dei prodotti, Made in Italy, e per la competenza dimostrata dalla vendita fino alla consegna e montaggio. Complimenti!!!
We were looking for a bed with motorized slats for health reasons but without having to give up the spacious container of our previous bed. It seemed to be an impossible undertaking. Instead we found the solution tailored for us on the Fedaflex website. We made an appointment and went to the headquarters in Malnate and, advised by Federico, very competent, helpful and never nagging, we chose our bed. Several models available, motorized and non-motorized solutions, mattresses (which you can try) and an infinite choice of coverings. We chose the Ferrari of the beds: motorized bed bases with 5 joints and double lifting, also motorized, to access the XL container supplied. What about the delivery? Perfect with particular attention to the home and especially to the parquet.
We are very satisfied with the choice from all points of view, personally it has been a long time since I slept so well !!!
We recommend this company for the quality of the products, Made in Italy, and for the competence demonstrated from the sale to the delivery and assembly. Well done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A febbraio, alla ricerca di un letto nuovo, ho trovato il sito di Fedaflex. Il sito mi ha fatto subito un'ottima impressione, si vedeva che era curato e aggiornato, così come la pagina Facebook, questo mi ha spinto a contattare il negozio tramite email per avere più informazioni riguardo i loro letti.
Il giorno stesso sono stata contatta da Ilaria, che ha risposto alla mia email e suggerito di organizzare un appuntamento telefonico (visto la situazione non mi era possibile andare allo showroom).
Dopo un paio di appuntamenti telefonici, dove Ilaria ha spiegato il prodotto nel dettaglio e, ristretto il campo delle mie esigenze, abbiamo organizzato una videochiamata, così che potessi vedere lo showroom, con opzioni di letti e stoffe.
La videochiamata mi ha dato la certezza di voler procedere con l'acquisto e nel giro di poche settimane ho ricevuto il mio nuovo letto a Zurigo.
Dal vivo il letto è ancora meglio di quanto potessi immaginare e anche comodissimo!
Ilaria è stata davvero disponibile, gentile, professionale e amichevole cosi come i ragazzi che hanno effettuato la consegna.
Non posso fare altro che ribadire la mia soddisfazione e consigliare Fedaflex!
In February, looking for a new bed, I found the Fedaflex website. The site immediately made an excellent impression on me, you could see that it was neat and updated, as well as the Facebook page, this prompted me to contact the shop by email to get more information about their beds.
The same day I was contacted by Ilaria, who replied to my email and suggested that we arrange a telephone appointment (given the situation it was not possible for me to go to the showroom).
After a couple of telephone appointments, where Ilaria explained the product in detail and, narrowing the field of my needs, we organized a video call, so that I could see the showroom, with options of beds and fabrics.
The video call gave me the certainty that I wanted to proceed with the purchase and within a few weeks I received my new bed in Zurich.
Live the bed is even better than I could imagine and also very comfortable!
Ilaria was really helpful, kind, professional and friendly as well as the guys who made the delivery.
I can only reiterate my satisfaction and recommend Fedaflex!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il mio bellissimo divano letto guidata nella scelta con incredibile professionalità e gentilezza dalla signora Ilaria che ha saputo cogliere e soddisfare sempre con il sorriso ( cosa ormai rara ...) ogni mia esigenza e capriccio ! Il risultato è stato : una trattativa perfetta, una consegna altrettanto perfetta puntuale e fatta con discrezione e attenzione in ogni fase ! Il mio divano e’ praticamente perfetto : bello comodo accogliete elegante con un letto al suo interno che ha battuto il letto patronale !! Insomma questi sono gli artigiani italiani e la nostra qualità che ci contraddistingue nel mondo ! In questo periodo nero ... in cui la casa e’ rifugio ufficio e famiglia ancor più di prima ... beh il mio divano bianco regala una luce stupenda .

I bought my beautiful sofa bed guided in the choice with incredible professionalism and kindness by Mrs. Ilaria who was able to always grasp and satisfy with a smile (which is now rare ...) my every need and whim! The result was: a perfect negotiation, an equally perfect delivery on time and done with discretion and attention at every stage! My sofa is practically perfect: nice comfortable, welcome elegant with a bed inside that has beaten the master bed !! In short, these are the Italian artisans and our quality that distinguishes us in the world! In this black period ... in which the home is an office and family refuge even more than before ... well my white sofa gives a wonderful light.

Ci siamo rivolti ad alcune grandi catene, che però non ci hanno convinto per le loro modalità di vendita aggressiva e per le dubbie recensioni trovate online riguardo a ritardi, difetti di montaggio,ecc.
Siamo poi stati da Fedaflex, dove abbiamo trovato un mondo completamente opposto.
Fin dal primo incontro abbiamo ricevuto un servizio eccellente, senza esagerazioni. Disponibilità totale a spiegare i dettagli di ogni letto, farci capire cosa fosse meglio per le nostre esigenze e nello spiegarci i prezzi in modo trasparente, motivandoli.
Sanno fare letti di alta qualità, alcuni di prezzo medio alto,ma anche per chi cerca qualcosa ad un prezzo entry level hanno soluzioni adatte e sicuramente migliori di tante altre che avevamo trovato in giro nei vari franchising.
La consegna ed il montaggio eccellenti, veloci cortesi e anche nel nostro caso si sono tolti le scarpe per non rovinare pavimenti. Piccoli dettagli che però fanno piacere. C'è poi stato un incoveniente con i piedini,che per una svista ci erano stati forniti più bassi di quelli richiesti, cosa che può capitare.
Abbiamo contattato su WhatsApp Ilaria, con cui avevamo parlato al nostro primo incontro,che si è scusata e resa subito disponibile per sostituirli, cosa che hanno fatto prontamente.
Che dire, è bello incontrare realtà cosi,in un mondo di multinazionali per cui i clienti non sono che numeri da sfruttare e spesso fregare. Sicuramente consiglio questa azienda a tutti coloro che oltre a prodotti di ottima qualità cerchino anche un servizio a misura d'uomo e di massima professionalità.

We turned to some large chains, but they did not convince us for their aggressive sales methods and for the dubious reviews found online about delays, assembly defects, etc.
We then went to Fedaflex, where we found a completely opposite world.
From the first meeting we received excellent service, without exaggeration. Total availability to explain the details of each bed, make us understand what was best for our needs and in explaining the prices in a transparent way, motivating them.
They know how to make high quality beds, some of a medium-high price, but also for those looking for something at an entry level price they have suitable solutions and certainly better than many others we had found around in the various franchises.
Excellent delivery and assembly, fast courteous and also in our case they took off their shoes so as not to damage floors. Small details that are pleasing, however. Then there was an inconvenience with the feet, which due to an oversight we were provided with lower than those requested, which can happen.
We contacted Ilaria on WhatsApp, with whom we spoke at our first meeting, who apologized and immediately made available to replace them, which they did promptly.
What can I say, it is nice to meet realities like this, in a world of multinationals for which customers are just numbers to be exploited and often fooled. I certainly recommend this company to all those who, in addition to excellent quality products, are also looking for a service on a human scale and with the utmost professionalism.

A nice and functional website is the best business card for a commercial company. For me it was a moment to understand that what I was looking for was in Fedaflex in Malnate.

We placed our trust in the family management and professionalism of this wonderful couple ... and it proved to be well rewarded: a wonderful and comfortable bed, which enlivened the presentation of our room!
