A	Anna Cristiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato in questo negozio un materasso da 90x 200 destinato ad un divano letto .quando mi è stato consegnato ho aperto l imballaggio e scopro che come rivestimento aveva soltanto un lenzuolino elasticizzato dotato di una piccola cerniera .Apro la cerniera e mi trovo una lastra di non so che materiale fosse, non c era nessuna descrizione , con 2giunte incollate ai lati dello stesso materiale, che si sbriciolava solo a gurdarlo , sicuramente con l intento di raggiungere i 90cm di larghezza . Torno in negozio e chiedo di rendere il pezzo di spugna che mi avevano rifilato, i titolari, marito e moglie, mi dicono che loro I materassi li fanno cosi e mi hanno praticamente riso in faccia. La stellina che ho messo ovviamente è per poter pubblicare la recensione I bought a 90x200 mattress in this shop for a sofa bed. Dopo aver girato per negozi, show room e fabbriche e avuto molte delusioni, prodotti di qualità dubbia a prezzi esorbitanti e prodotti di cui non si capiva il prezzo, finalmente abbiamo trovato ciò che cercavamo. Professsonalità, trasparenza e prodotti con un alto rapporto qualità-pezzo. Sin dall'accoglienza in negozio l'impressione è stata ottima, il prodotto acquistato si è rivelato di ottima fattura e il servizio di consegna e di montaggio è stato preciso e nei tempi dichiarati. In più ci hanno anche accettato un cambio di biancheria non a catalogo nella promozione proposta! DIventerà il nostro negozio di riferimento per materassi, letti e cuscini. Consigliatissimo. Gentili, sanno ascoltare e comprendere le esigenze. Grazie! I have been sleeping on one of their products for 10 years and I sleep really well! Ho trovato accoglienza disponibilità, e buona educazione dai titolari Simona e Robert; non la solita fastidiosa , affettata e sopra il rigo “ melassa “‘tendente solo a farti decidere x l’acquisto del materasso più costoso!! I consigli e le spiegazioni avute sono stati chiarissimi e senza fronzoli. Ho deciso x un materasso ( peraltro consegnatomi con una settimana in anticipo rispetto alle previsioni ) in offerta. Ottima scelta!!! Ovviamente Questa recensione è solo relativa al pathos avuto con loro. Tra qualche mese ne scriverò un’altra inerente la qualità del prodotto che, sicuramente sarà positiva, visto che già il sonno e la colonna vertebrale mi stanno ringraziando dopo appena poche notti …. L’unico negozio dove non mi è stato chiesto alcun esborso x la consegna ed il ritiro del vecchio! Che dire!! Un grazie di cuore e davvero i miei complimenti x le due belle persone che siete! Obviously this review is only about the pathos he had with them.
