Rispondere ai messaggi è un optional!!! Aggiornamento recensione dopo la risposta: Chi legge la risposta guardi le foto e tragga le proprie conclusioni... nessuno a casa mia salta sul divano e non utilizziamo solventi per la pulizia. Non faccio la recensione negativa per avere il divano nuovo ma per tenere la gente alla larga dai venditori poco seri Stay away ... bad experience. 4-year-old sofa with skin that tears and peels off, seams that tear. After a year the structure fell apart. Replying to messages is optional !!! Review update after reply: Who reads the answer, look at the photos and draw their own conclusions ... nobody in my house jumps on the sofa and we do not use solvents for cleaning. I don't do the negative review to get the new sofa but to keep people away from untrustworthy sellers
P	Paola Boracco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dir poco pessima esperienza!Dico solo due cose:ci hanno consegnato divano e mensole/pensili il 23 dicembre 2018 e ancora stiamo aspettando cuscini,coperchietti copri viti...............in più dovevano venire a vedere il divano per un difetto di arricciatura delle cuciture..............ovviamente non vedremo mai più nessuno! Pessimi,pessimi e ancora pessimi!!!!!!!!.............giusto per non essere presi ulteriormente per i fondelli contratto Gambarini/Boracco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To say the least bad experience! I just say two things: they gave us sofa and shelves / wall units on 23 December 2018 and we are still waiting for cushions, screw covers ............... more they had to come and see the sofa for a flaw in the seams curl .............. obviously we will never see anyone again! Bad, bad and still bad !!!!!!!! ............. just not to be taken further by the Gambarini / Boracco contract !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
d	daniele lauria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro letto e materasso...letto si buonoabuono, parte che è assemblato con minuteria a caso...(meccanismo di sollevamento a destra con viti a testa con croce a sinistra con brugole svasate su dei fori che non sono svasati) disattenzione o poca professionalità?( Me ne sono accorto perché volevo stringere a causa cigolio) Inoltre è da ottobre che ho sollevato un problema al materasso, e ogni volta con una scusa rimandano ( il problema potrebbe anche non essere un problema x loro anche se è veramente difficile che non lo sia) ma almeno vuoi venire a vedere? Assistenza clienti ZERO. Non consiglio. I buy bed and mattress ... bed is good, part that is assembled with random small parts ... (lifting mechanism on the right with head screws with cross on the left with countersunk Allen screws on holes that are not flared) inattention or little professionalism? (I noticed because I wanted to tighten due to squeaking) Also since October I have raised a mattress problem, and every time with an excuse they postpone (the problem may not even be a problem for them even if it is really difficult that is not) but at least do you want to come and see? Sono rimasto contento dei prodotti, meno per l'attesa e per un disguido con il proprietario su un accessorio prima promesso e poi negato, cmq il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. At the end of last year I bought a sofa bed, a double bed and a mattress. I was happy with the products, less for the wait and for a misunderstanding with the owner about an accessory that was first promised and then denied, cmq the quality / price ratio is good.
