Peccato che oggi, giorno di consegna, ci hanno portato al posto di penisola e due posti (composizione accordata in fase d'ordine) due parti da due posti e di due colori differenti e manca la penisola. A due giorni dal Natale é assurdo non avere un divano completo! Il minimo da parte dell'azienda sarebbero delle scuse formali visto l'enorme disagio provocato durante le festività e una rapida risoluzione del problema! AGGIORNAMENTO: un mese dopo ci hanno consegnato la penisola mancante, ora il divano è completo, nessuno sconto e/o omaggio per il disagio provocato....sarebbe stato apprezzato! I have half the sofa! Thanks to Mr. Giorgio from the Varese shop who immediately knew how to direct us to the sofa model that best suited our needs. Too bad that today, the day of delivery, they brought us to the peninsula seat and two seats (composition agreed in the order phase) two parts with two seats and two different colors and the peninsula is missing. Two days before Christmas it is absurd not to have a full sofa! The least from the company would be a formal apology given the enormous inconvenience caused during the holidays and a quick resolution of the problem! UPDATE: a month later they gave us the missing peninsula, now the sofa is complete, no discount and / or gift for the inconvenience caused .... would have been appreciated!

L	Lina Ceniccola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente acquistato a Varese un divano monoblocco Fasano quattro posti seduta lunga e mi sono ritrovata a pagare ulteriori 300 euro per l'utilizzo di una piattaforma per la sua consegna. Voglio sottolineare che l'aggravio di spesa non è stato causato dagli accessi al luogo di consegna ma dal peso notevole del divano.Sarebbe quindi serio ed opportuno da parte del venditore far presente al cliente,al momento dell'acquisto, della maggiorazione di costo non indifferente!!!!

Le magasin et le service SAV ne veulent rien savoir car les housses ne peuvent pas être prise sous garantie. Pour quelle raison nous l’ignorons étant donné que c’est la qualité du tissu le problème. Donc on vous demande 1700 euros pour un canapé qui déteint au bout d’un an et sans recours possible, et en plus on vous dit gentillement de repayer 391 euros pour changer les housses. Les vendeurs ne sont même pas choqués donc ils doivent avoir l’habitude. Vraiment cette marque est l’arnaque du siècle ! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Instead of replacing the pillows by the easy way with the post they told me I have to pick it up straight in Varese... (and i live in Zurich) I do not recommend to buy anything from poltronesofa. - Poor customer service and very long response time - Cheap quality of products - Not even the boss itself cares about his customers... + The seller from 2 years ago "davide" was a nice person SHAME ON YOU POLTRONESOFA

For our Sofa it was the biggest waste of money ever the Sofa is very badly made and the quality of Materials used In the making of the frame are cheap. I don't think the materials used in the show sofas in the shop are the same as we got. The staff in the shop in varese were super nice on till we complained they even tried to blame us and where terrible rude.
