Personale numeroso, ben preparato, molto attento ai bisogni della clientela è naturalmente molto educato e disponibile. Ma la cosa più importante è che in farmacia una persona ci va quando ha un problema di salute e chiede aiuto e comprensione. E vi giuro che qui trovate tutto quello che vi serve per stare subito meglio.... Onorata di essere sempre considerata per ogni problema. Grazie davvero a tutto lo staff e al suo capitano!!!! Nonostante mia madre avesse detto e ridetto di essere a digiuno da più di 12 ore, il farmacista (pelato) si è rifiutato consigliandole di tornare l'indomani mattina. Facendo il mese di Ramadan non era adeguato farlo al mattino essendo a digiuno da pochissime ore. Nonostante glielo avesse spiegato, continuava con atteggiamento insistente ad affermare che non si poteva alla sera/pomeriggio. Pessima esperienza. L'indomani nella farmacia Grechi, alle 19 le hanno effettuato senza problemi l'esame della glicemia. Il personale, oltre ad essere molto cortese e gentile, è preparato e riesce a darti parecchi consigli. Sicuramente una farmacia da cui mi servirò, anche se non è proprio nella mia zona.
