Mi hanno noleggiato una carrozzina tutta impolverata e scassata, aveva gli scorri_mano arrugginiti, ricoperti con una plastica tenuta da pezzi di nastro adesivo che si toglieva in continuazione. Una delle protezioni per evitare il contatto con i raggi era spaccata e mia mogli si è procurata un taglietto. Le ruote erano completamente consumate.
Quando ho saldato mi ha fatto storie per rilasciare lo scontrino dell'acconto, dicendo che me lo aveva già fatto ma non era vero, me lo aveva fatto solo in parte perchè avevo restituito un articolo che non andava bene e invece di farmi restituire i soldi li ho lasciati come acconto del noleggio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolare molto disonesta. Prima dice di rimborsarti poi non lo fa. Batte lo scontrino per tot soldi senza avere la merce in casa quando lo scontrino si deve fare per il totale della merce e con la merce disponibile.
Persona non disposta al dialogo.
Prezzi molto alti quando su Amazon o eBay constano esattamente la metà per la stessa categoria di merce. Improponibile e ingiustificato. Aveva anche detto che "adesso ha questo prezzo, poi con l'aumento"... Facile così, eccerto aumentiamo tutto perché tanto il prezzo che fa la "signora" è basso!
Evitate questo negozio. Il customer care è importantissimo e questa persona ci ha dato un pessimo esempio di assistenza clienti. Praticamente inesistente!
