Dopo avervi confermato che a seguito della riparazione della cappa non avevo più trovato il cono di congiunzione tra cappa e tubazione, a seguito della vostra superficiale risposta "io quì non ho nulla" mi sono trovato costretto ad acquistare quanto indicato a mie spese.Ritengo che non abbiate alcun elemento per poter certificare che il pezzo in questione non era presente sulla cappa e che a fronte di una conferma da parte mia della sua esistenza non possiate liquidarmi asserendo che se voi non lo avete non potete farci nulla.Vi ho dato fiducia e vi ho portato la cappa perfettamente imballata con tutti i componenti per la riparazione che ho prontamente saldato al ritiro della stessa pagando 100.00 euro!Non è per i 7 euro che ho speso per ripristinare i collegamenti come in precedenza ma il modo in cui avete gestito la mia segnalazione non è assolutamente professionale.Mi spiace ma avete perso un cliente.Distinti Saluti Good morning, I am writing to express my discomfort at the way you handled my report. I brought you the hood perfectly packaged with all the components for the repair that I promptly paid when it was collected by paying 100.00 euros! It is not for the 7 euros that I spent to restore the connections as before but the way in which you managed the my recommendation is not absolutely professional. (Collauderanno ogni singolo prezzo prima dell'acquisto?) Attention: if you buy spare parts without assistance from them in the replacement, the spare part becomes void of any warranty despite the receipt certifying the purchase. (Will they test every single price before buying?)
