P	Pietro Conconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa è una di quelle occasioni in cui 0 stelle sarebbero perfette. Parlo solo dell'officina, il titolare della parte store è una persona gentile e disponibile. La faccio breve: porto lo scooter perchè secondo me le pastiglie erano finite (la ruota davanti non girava). Dopo 15 gg di attesa e 330€ (secondo il meccanico era l'impianto freni che andava sostituito), appena uscito dall'officina sono dovuto andare da un altro meccanico (dopo pochi km la ruota non girava ancora!!!!!!) che ha smontato e sostituito le pastiglie al costo di 85€. (purtroppo non riesco ad allegare la foto dei cuscinetti per darvi esattamente l'idea). Non so se sia malafede o dilettantismo. Sicuramente non ci tornerò mai più. This is one of those occasions where 0 stars would be perfect. I speak only of the workshop, the owner of the store is a kind and helpful person. I make it short: I take the scooter because in my opinion the pads were finished (the front wheel did not turn). After 15 days of waiting and € 330 (according to the mechanic it was the braking system that had to be replaced), as soon as I left the workshop I had to go to another mechanic (after a few km the wheel still did not turn !!!!!!) who disassembled and replaced the pads at a cost of € 85. (unfortunately I can't attach the photo of the bearings to give you exactly the idea). I don't know if it's bad faith or amateurism. I will definitely never go back.
E	Elio Fiducia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un'audi A3 da questo concessionario a maggio del 2020 ho trovato tanta gentilezza ma scarsa professionalità,( vi risparmio i dettagli) vi metto a conoscenza che non rilasciano una garanzia come tutti i concessionari che vendono auto ma ti fanno una polizza assicurativa a cui rivolgersi in caso di guasti.Solo che non tutto è compreso e non tutti i meccanici vogliono lavorarci con queste assicurazioni , fate attenzione. I purchased an Audi A3 from this dealer in May 2020 I found a lot of kindness but little professionalism, (I save you the details) I let you know that they do not issue a guarantee like all dealers that sell cars but make you an insurance policy to contact in case of breakdowns.Only not everything is included and not all mechanics want to work with these insurances, be careful.
