Dopo un'accoglienza calorosa, abbiamo fato un piccolo tour della cantina dove ci èstato spiegato dettagliatamente il processo di lavorazione dalla raccolta fino all'imbottigliamento, includendo anche una visita ai vigneti. La degustazione dei vini, ottimi e unici, che abbiamo scelto in base ai nostri gusti, è stata abbinata a pietanze tipiche siciliane con porzioni che definire abbondanti è a dir poco riduttivo. One of a kind experience. After a warm welcome, we had a small tour of the cellar where we were explained in detail the process from harvesting to bottling, including a visit to the vineyards. The tasting of the excellent and unique wines that we have chosen according to our tastes, was combined with typical Sicilian dishes with portions that to define abundant is nothing short of an understatement. Recommended experience to be able to appreciate the excellent Sicilian DOC wines

We were taken through the production process, given excellent information to compare and contrast each wine (different grapes/blends). Our host was exceptionally knowledgeable and had a passion for discussing wine! We had a lovely time. The wine was excellent. It’s 10 euro to sit in a private room for tasting experience of 3 wines. Highly recommend a stay here. Wine is reasonably priced (we bought a few bottles!)
