S	Serafino Ventruti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pranzato e pernottato in questo B&B per poi andare a raccogliere le castagne, posto accogliente e molto pulito, il pranzo era ottimo e con prodotti tipici. Proprietari accoglienti e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Inclusa anche ottima e abbondante colazione. Bello anche il maneggio dove abbiamo potuto osservare i cavalli. We had lunch and overnight in this B&B and then went to collect chestnuts, a cozy and very clean place, lunch was excellent and with typical products. Welcoming owners and ready to satisfy every request. Also included is an excellent and abundant breakfast. Also nice is the riding school where we could observe the horses.

Purtroppo su 6-7 portate previste nel menù normale, mi sono arrivate solo due di esse, antipasto e un primo. Continuavano inoltre, a portarmi piatti con carne e dovevo ripetutamente chiedere se fossero vegetariani. Un primo mi è stato portato via e non mi hanno portato nient'altro. Per secondo, il quale prevdeva carne, mi hanno risposto che potevano solo darmi qualcosa unguale all'antipasto, quindi ho rinuciato. Per il dolce, ho nuovamente dovuto chiedere io (ben due volte) se avessero qualcosa senza lattosio, e mi hanno risposto entrambe le volte "si ora vediamo". Inutile dire che non mi è arrivato assolutamente nulla. Per non parlare della lentezza del servizio. Siamo stati lì ben 5 ore, tempi di attesa tra un pasto e l'altro molto lunghi.Abbiamo perso un pomeriggio intero e non siamo potuti andare da nessun'altra parte a far visita. L'unica cosa positiva è la location We booked for Ferragosto, and I had asked in advance for a small variation of the menu to make it vegetarian and lactose-free. Unfortunately, out of 6-7 courses included in the normal menu, I only got two of them, an appetizer and a first course. They also kept bringing me dishes with meat and I had to repeatedly ask if they were vegetarians. A first was taken from me and nothing else was brought to me. Second, who provided meat, they replied that they could only give me something unequal to the appetizer, so I gave up. For the dessert, I again had to ask myself (twice) if they had something lactose-free, and they replied both times "see you now". Needless to say, absolutely nothing came to me. Not to mention the slowness of the service. We were there for 5 hours, waiting times between meals very long, we lost a whole afternoon and we could not go anywhere else to visit. The only good thing is the location

Mi ha colpito molto l'attenzione riservata ad ogni particolare, per fare sentire i clienti a proprio agio. È stato tutto perfetto: l' ambiente pulito ed accogliente, il personale gentile e molto professionale. Il cibo, poi, è di eccellente qualità ed è cucinato alla perfezione. I chose this farm to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I was very impressed by the attention paid to every detail, to make customers feel at ease. Everything was perfect: the clean and welcoming environment, the kind and very professional staff. The food is also of excellent quality and perfectly cooked.

Ci sono delle potenzialità ma sfruttate molto male..i primi insapori e invisibili ma anche il resto del menù non era come stato proposto..poca voglia di soddisfare il cliente.. La mia è una pessima esperienza Did I "eat" here ?! No, I'm sorry .. it takes more coherence between the lived experience and the one proposed and described .. There are some potential but very badly exploited .. the first tasteless and invisible but also the rest of the menu was not as proposed .. little desire to satisfy the customer .. Mine is a very bad experience

Struttura semplicemente confortevole, con arredi tipici, sale calde e accoglienti, come le stesse camere, ed una cucina eccellente come lo stesso personale tutto. Unire tutto questo alla passione per la natura e gli animali in particolare i Cavalli, miticolosamente accuditi ed addestrati dal Maestro Franco e dal suo Team, è straordinariamente Unico. La consiglio vivamente a tutti, grandi, giovani ma soprattutto ai bambini, che avranno la possibilità di Vivere a pieno la natura, e tutti gli amici animali de' La Vecchia Fattoria, a cui dico..., Grazie.??? An oasis of serenity surrounded by nature, where time really seems to stop. Simply comfortable structure, with typical furnishings, warm and welcoming rooms, like the rooms themselves, and an excellent cuisine like the staff itself. Combining all this with the passion for nature and animals in particular the Horses, mythically cared for and trained by Maestro Franco and his team, is extraordinarily unique. I highly recommend it to everyone, adults, young people but above all to children, who will have the opportunity to fully experience nature, and all the animal friends of La Vecchia Fattoria, to whom I say ..., Thank you.
