I went to this Fastweb shop by chance because the Fastweb shop near my house was closed (thank goodness perhaps a sign of fate?) and I must say that I was fully satisfied. I have finally found a kind person who is helpful and knowledgeable, which is rare nowadays. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealer gentilissimo, mi ha assistito in modo più che professionale e si è adoperato in modo eccellente a risolvermi un problema di linea dove era pressoché impossibile contattare i tecnici della compagnia.
Se i dirigenti (?) di fastweb invece di spartirsi congrui premi ....ascoltasse di più gli esterni trattati come manodopera di quart'ordine avrebbero il vantaggio di aumentare la credibilità di compagnia telefonica riportandola a livelli almeno discreti.
Se strozzi chi è sul campo, prima o poi resti strozzato anche tu....
Very kind dealer, he assisted me in a more than professional way and did his best to solve a line problem where it was almost impossible to contact the company's technicians.
If the executives (?) Of fastweb instead of sharing reasonable prizes .... listened more to outsiders treated as fourth-rate manpower, they would have the advantage of increasing the credibility of the telephone company bringing it back to at least discrete levels.
