Farmhouse La Conca

Siamo stati tre giorni al Vallorsaia. Eravamo 25 amici, ogni famiglia aveva il suo appartamento. Appartamenti bellissimi, dall'atmosfera magica. Il salone col caminetto visti i primi freddi era bellissimo da vivere. La sala con gli archi al pian terreno fantastica!!! Ringrazio di cuore la signora Serenella per aver sempre risposto alle mie domande e per aver reso possibile questa festa coi giusti consigli! Grazie infinite! Bellissimo luogo e spazi interni ed esterni attrezzati e curati. Ben organizzato per gruppi e famiglie, gentilissime e disponibili le signore Chiara e Serenella che gestiscono con dedizione e competenza questo agriturismo diffuso. Torneremo di sicuro in estate

Luogo meraviglioso, casali tipici toscani, sapientemente ristrutturati, immersi in un meraviglioso bosco. Ogni casale dotato di forno a legna e barbeque nella pietra. E per rendere ancora più piacevole e rilassante il soggiorno, una fantastica spa con idromassaggio bagno turco e sauna. Noi ci siamo stati con i nostri due bambini, loro si sono divertiti tanto mentre noi abbiamo goduto del percorso benessere. A rendere tutto ancora più piacevole l'ottima gestione e la grande disponibilità e gentilezza della signora Serenella e del suo staff. Gli appartamenti confortevoli e molto puliti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la biancheria per il bagno e per la cucina sigillata. Gli appartamenti erano addirittura dotati di spugne e detergenti per la pulizia. Un posto fantastico per trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante e per staccare la spina dalla frenesia della città. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

Just awesome place! Wiews are amazing, the villas are nice and spacious with good level of equipment. The hosts were most welcoming and super service driven.

My husband and I hosted our daughter's wedding at this beautiful Italian stone villa on a hillside overlooking the Tuscan Hills and Lake Montedoglio. The owners were completely charming and could not have been more helpful. The villas had been sympathetically restored and were spectacularly positioned. They were spotless, with crisp cotton sheets, ensuite facilities and kitchens in most units.All the guests enjoyed a stay of several days and some, the full week, promoting a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the wedding. The wedding planner decorated the tables and ourside area charmingly. The marriage ceremony was held in the ornate town library, after which the photographs and refreshments and food were seamlessly provided. They were Italian specialities, plentiful, delicious and unusual. Everyone was so helpful that the whole event was completely enjoyable and relaxed. Thank you, Chiara and the team, for making the wedding week such a special, unique and memorable time for our family and friends. It was well worth the drive taking the stuff, though everyone else flew! Another time, I might just fly in a day or two earlier and buy everything locally, as it is readily available. Grazie Mille.

We stayed in a fabulous villa with a pool. Lady owner was really nice and her daughter spoke perfect English. You were able to buy local products like wine etc. but actual restaurant was missing. And for dinner and also for breakfast we had to go to the town and have it there. They recommended really good cafe to have breakfast and it was one of the best we had during our trip.

We were in Villa Cungi for our wedding on the 9th April 2022 with 40 guests, and the whole weekend was just incredible. Villa Cungi: The villa was like something out of a dream, the building had been renovated but still had all of the beauty and charm of a traditional, rustic Tuscan villa. The rooms were well-equipped and kept nice and warm for the 32 guests that stayed there. Each room had it's own modern bathroom and everything worked perfectly; some of the rooms had an absolutely amazing view too. The pool area was really clean and also had amazing views of the surrounding area, unfortunately we didn't have time to get in the pool but it looked very enticing. There is plenty of greenery around the villa and we briefly went for a stroll through the olive groves which was really special; a number of walks were mentioned to us but we unfortunately didn't have time to do any of them. The terrace was absolutely breath-taking and much bigger than we imagined it was after seeing the photos, it comfortably seated all 40 of our guests but it wasn't so big that everyone felt too far away. The kitchen was well-equipped and the outdoor pizza ovens and BBQs were a huge hit with us and our guests, on our first night Chiara arranged for a local chef to come and cook pizzas for us and they were ridiculously tasty. Every guest commented at least once about how beautiful the villa and surrounding areas were. Small note: the road to the villa is a country road, it's narrow and windy; but there are so few cars that come along it, it doesn't really matter, and it's only 5 - 10 minutes from the main road to Villa Cungi so it really wasn't an issue for us. La Mandria: We had 3 couples stay in La Mandria as we wanted to give them a bit of peace and quiet from what we expected would be a pretty loud night on the day of our wedding. The building is really beautiful with spacious rooms and an unbelievable view of the surrounding area. La Mandria is situated a few kilometres up the hill and the roads to get there are pretty steep and windy, but once there it is totally worth the journey. The building is also situated in close proximity to Santarsa but thankfully the rooms are so well insulated our guests didn't hear anything from the group that was staying in Santarsa. Chiara: Chiara was literally an angel sent from heaven to give us the best wedding we could possibly imagine. From the first time we spoke to her we immediately liked her, she had such a warm and calm demeanour that it made us feel much more relaxed than we would have been otherwise. Chiara took care of all of the major parts of the wedding - catering, accommodation, photographer, the pizza night, florists, wedding cake, breakfast for all of our guests - and made such amazing choices each time, using local businesses that we never would have found otherwise, and best of all, the quality of everything was absolutely amazing. She made it so easy for us to plan our wedding without ever visiting the local area. Every time we would message her about another silly little thing that we had thought of, she was quick with a response and happy to accommodate our ideas. On the day of the wedding she was a great help, co-ordinating the caterers, setting up the ceremony area and helping with all of the little details that needed to be added to make it the perfect day. And once things started, she was always in the background somewhere if we had a question or if she needed to ask us something, but would never rush us from place to place; this made for a lovely atmosphere and we really felt that she was there to make sure we enjoyed our day. We are so unbelievably happy that we found this place and will always cherish the memories we made here
