★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati un sabato sera a cena con nostro figlio di 2 anni e un'altra coppia con un bimbo. Aspettative di mangiare buona carne ebuon tartufo ampiamente deluse.Abbiamo ordinato 3 tagliate,2 patate arrosto,3 dolci,una bott. d.vino e 5 primi per un tot. di €125. Ad aver deluso non è aver speso €30 a testa chechma ci sta ma la pasta cruda e senza sapore:agnolotti con tartufo nero fresco crudi e forse sarebbe stato meglio se avessero usato la salsa di tartufo ..avrebbero avuto più sapore di tartufo.Altro primo da me ordibatonato sono stati i bringoli al ragù rosso di chianina, ma dove erano la chianina e il sugo??un piatto bianco con rari pezzi di pomodoro qua e là sparsi e carne quasi assente!.ho assaggiato un pezzo di tagliata al rosmarino da mio compagno:insipida,senza senso...Forse ci siamo abituati "troppo bene"andando spesso a Caprese Michelangelo ma vale la pena fare qualche chilometro in piu perché con la stessa spesa si mangia decisamente ad un altro livello e si chiude la serata con i.palati soddisfatti.
We stayed on a Saturday evening for dinner with our 2 year old son and another couple with a toddler. Expectations to eat good meat and good truffle widely disappointed. We ordered 3 cut, 2 roasted potatoes, 3 sweets, a bott. d.vino and 5 first courses for a tot. € 125. To have disappointed is not to have spent € 30 per head chechma is there but the raw and tasteless pasta: agnolotti with fresh black truffle raw and perhaps it would have been better if they had used the truffle sauce .. they would have had more truffle flavor. the first I ordered was the bringoli with red chianina ragù, but where were the chianina and the sauce ?? a white plate with rare pieces of tomato scattered here and there and almost no meat! from my partner: tasteless, meaningless ... Maybe we got used to it "too well" often going to Caprese Michelangelo but it is worth doing a few more kilometers because with the same expense you definitely eat at another level and end the evening with satisfied palates.

Ristorante incantevole, cucina di altissima qualità. Pranzo per 4, una persona celiaca con noi. Nessun problema, dal primo al dolce, tante opzioni anche Gluten Free. Ci siamo sentiti a casa: coccolati! Torneremo sicuramente.

Super consigliati i primi con sugo bianco di Chianina, i fritti, la carne alla brace e le pizze Gourmet a km0 !
All excellent, amazing raw materials, generous but not excessive portions, friendly and nice staff.
The first courses with white Chianina sauce, fried food, grilled meat and Gourmet pizzas at km0 are highly recommended!
