Was für eine Freude, was ein Genuss. Es passiert nicht häufig, dass man in der Toskana dem üblichen Einerlei entkommt. Das ist nicht abwertend gemeint, die Toskanische Küche ist wirklich gut, aber kennt man die Karte eines Restaurants, kennt man quasi alle. Auch bei der Locanda da Ventura bedient man sich der großartigen Produkte des Landes, nur ist die Zubereitung und Darreichung um so viel besser... Unbedingt empfehlenswert: die Vorspeisen vom Wagen. Sensation. Dann als Primo die Brotsuppe oder - wer es etwas luxuriöser mag - Tagliatelle mit weissen Trüffeln, großzügig darübergehobelt. Hammer. Secondo: Stinco vom Kalb oder Tris di carni... ein Traum. Nachspeisen sind auch sehr gut. Der Klassiker "panna cotta" kommt hier mit geschmolzener Perugia-Schoki. Bestens und mal was anderes. Ambiente ist gemütlich, die Weine günstig und gut, das Personal über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Das womöglich beste Restaurant in Sansepolcro und weiterer Umgebung.

The Locanda da Ventura also uses the great products of the country, but the preparation and serving is so much better ... Absolutely recommendable: the starters from the cart. Sensation. Ottimo, qualità eccellente, cucina classica ma di quella eseguita in modo ineccepibile e sempre soddisfacente. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buona. I locali hanno un arredamento un po' datato ma l'ambiente è accogliente e pulito. Consigliatissimo, da non perdere se ci si trova a Sansepolcro.
Excellent, excellent quality, classic cuisine but one of that executed flawlessly and always satisfying. Very good value for money. The premises have a slightly dated decor but the atmosphere is cozy and clean. Highly recommended, not to be missed if you are in Sansepolcro.

Il miglior ristorante di Sansepolcro senza alcun dubbio. Da non perdere il carrello degli antipasti dove merita tutto, ma in special modo la melanzana e la cipollina, sapori unici. Per i primi si consiglia il tartufo se presente. I secondi al carrello sono ottimi, brasato al vino che si scioglie in bocca, stinco oppure maiale in porchetta (forse un po' grasso). Chiudono i dessert tra cui spicca il cestino crema chantilly e fragole. Prezzi di conseguenza ma tutto sommato buoni. In occasione delle "fiere" poco prima di Pasqua il pranzo è offerto a soli 15 euro, una manna.
The best restaurant in Sansepolcro without any doubt. Do not miss the appetizer cart where it deserves everything, but especially the eggplant and onion, unique flavors. For the former the truffle is recommended if present. The main courses are excellent, braised in wine that melts in the mouth, shin or pork in porchetta (maybe a little fat). The desserts include the chantilly cream and strawberries basket. Prices accordingly but all in all good. At the "fairs" just before Easter, lunch is offered for just 15 euros, a boon.

Uno dei pochi ristoranti al Borgo dove si mangia veramente bene. Piccolo, elegante ma anche accogliente. Prezzi rispettosi della qualità offerta. Invitante la veranda esterna montata per l'estate, nonostante si trovi su una delle vie più trafficate.
One of the few restaurants in the Borgo where you can eat really well. Small, elegant but also welcoming. Prices respectful of the quality offered. Inviting the outdoor veranda set up for the summer, despite being on one of the busiest streets.

Ottima esperienza a pranzo in inverno in giorno feriale. Locale coerentemente retrò, compreso il servizio al carrello. Antipasti misti (buoni), crostini di fegato (un po' poco saporiti, ed è l'unico difetto riscontrato), gnocchetti verdi al formaggio di fossa di Talamello (ottimi), tris di carni: maialino in porchetta, stinco di vitello, brasato al Chianti (tutti veramente molto buoni). Notevoli anche i finocchi gratinati con tartufo nero. Rosso di Montepulciano al bicchiere. Prezzi del tutto onesti. Servizio attento, preciso, vecchio stile.
Great experience for lunch in winter on a weekday. Consistently retro room, including trolley service. Mixed Appetizers (good), liver crostini (a bit 'little tasty, and is the only defect), green gnocchi with cheese from Talamello fossa (excellent), three of a kind of meat: pork in pork, veal shank, braised to Chianti (all really very good). Sweet, old school Tuscan restaurant. Great grilled meats, well prepared pastas, served with care and professionalism. We love going there for comfort food. Very reasonably priced too.
