★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattoria nel centro storico, un locale quadrato con 20-25 coperti. Tagliatelle al tartufo DOP davvero ben fatte, ottima anche la cacio e pepe. Bruschette di antipasto varie anche buone e dolci fatti in casa buoni

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattoria rustica nel centro di Sansepolcro, col classico tovagliato a quadrettoni e la fiaschetta per il vino della casa. La cucina offre piatti toscani e soprattutto cucina romanesca. Alla prima visita, mi sono orientato sulla carne: ottima la tagliata coi funghi porcini, gustosa la trippa alla romana anche se un po' "lenta" di sugo. Interessanti alcuni dei crostini presi come antipasto, ottimi i fagioli all'uccelletta, che bagnati nel sugo della trippa han chiuso degnamente la cena. Prima impressione positiva, la cucina è genuina e saporita. Ci tornerò sicuramente alla prossima visita a Sansepolcro, che vale sempre la pena, per assaggiare altri piatti del ricco menù.
Rustic trattoria in the center of Sansepolcro, with the classic checkered tablecloths and flask for the house wine. The kitchen offers Tuscan dishes and especially Roman cuisine. On my first visit, I focused on meat: excellent tagliata with porcini mushrooms, tasty Roman-style tripe even if a little "slow" in sauce. Some of the croutons taken as an appetizer are interesting, the beans all'uccelletta are excellent, which, bathed in the tripe sauce, closed the dinner worthily. Positive first impression, the cuisine is genuine and tasty. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Sansepolcro, which is always worthwhile, to sample other dishes from the extensive menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto piccolo ma super accogliente. Ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene, mangiando piatti della tradizione toscana e romana (porzioni no abbondanti ma abbondantissime) a prezzi ragionevoli e serviti dal personale super gentile. Da provare per me assolutamente una bella carbonara.
Unica trattoria nel suo genere in centro, sicuramente da provare.
Small but super cozy place. We have always had a great time, eating traditional Tuscan and Roman dishes (portions not large but very abundant) at reasonable prices and served by super friendly staff. To try for me absolutely a nice carbonara.
The only restaurant of its kind in the center, definitely worth trying.
