Da non perdere la "torre di mare" (mi pare si chiami così), un piatto a base di gamberoni, fette di melanzane grigliate e crema di mazzancolle. Buonissimo! Scintillante mise en place dai colori tenui, sobri e caldi. Buono anche il vino bianco della casa servito ad un prezzo davvero accettabile. Servizio attento e discreto. L'ottimo chef Cesare Sermoneta si è brevemente palesato: sentirlo descrivere i piatti, la loro preparazione e l'amore che ci mette li fa ancor più comprendere ed apprezzare
Excellent cuisine with great attention to detail. Do not miss the "sea tower" (I think it's called that), a dish based on king prawns, grilled aubergine slices and shrimp cream. Very good! Sparkling mise en place with soft, sober and warm colors. The house white wine is also good, served at a very acceptable price. Attentive and discreet service. The excellent chef Cesare Sermoneta briefly revealed himself: hearing him describe the dishes, their preparation and the love he puts into it makes them even more understood and appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'antipasto con crostini era molto buono, la pasta alla carbonara era molto buona, la zuppa di pesce discreta, coda alla vaccinara molto buona, la frittura di pesce era pessima, piena di olio e sale. Sorbetto al limone con fragole e cheese cake molto buoni. Non si riusciva a comunicare nel mio tavolo causa eccessivo vocio o meglio urla degli ospiti dei tavoli vicini e il conto era sbagliato.
The appetizer with crostini was very good, the carbonara pasta was very good, the fish soup decent, the oxtail very good, the fried fish was bad, full of oil and salt. Lemon sorbet with strawberries and very good cheese cake. It was not possible to communicate in my table due to excessive shouting or screams from the guests of the neighboring tables and the bill was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata attratta dai tavolini all'aperto durante la visita dell'oratorio del santo sepolcro adiacente al locale quindi abbiamo deciso di fermarci vista l'ora e il languorino allo stomaco. Abbiamo avuto modo di conversare con i proprietari/chef molto simpatici. Ci hanno introdotto alla storia del palazzo storico al cui pianterreno ha sede il ristorante e il cameriere molto gentilmente ci ha fatto visitare le sale interne del ristorante dandoci altri cenni storici. Sul menù ho visto una buona scelta per vari gusti dagli antipasti ai dolci ma dato che abbiamo altre ore di viaggio si sta leggeri quindi abbiamo ordinato una bistecca al tartufo, fiori di zucca fritti e verdure grigliate. Le verdure non sono mai arrivate ma non avendo molto tempo non ho notificato l'errore nella comanda. Sia la bistecca che i fiori di zucca, cottura e sapore ad opera d'arte solo un po' di eccedenza di olio di frittura. La toilette all'interno pulita e in ordine i prezzi in linea con la qualità dei piatti
I was attracted by the outdoor tables during the visit of the oratory of the holy sepulcher adjacent to the restaurant so we decided to stop given the time and the peckishness in the stomach. We got to chat with the very nice owners / chefs. They introduced us to the history of the historic building on the ground floor of which the restaurant is located and the waiter very kindly showed us the inside rooms of the restaurant giving us other historical notes. On the menu I saw a good choice for various tastes from appetizers to desserts but since we have other hours of travel it is light so we ordered a steak with truffles, fried zucchini flowers and grilled vegetables. The vegetables never arrived but not having much time I did not notify the error in the order. Both the steak and the courgette flowers, cooking and flavor to work of art only a little excess of frying oil. The toilet inside clean and tidy prices in line with the quality of the dishes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti a pranzo guidati dalle vie dei borghi di Sansepolcro e anche dalle recensioni che avevano delle belle foto.
Un posto magnifico, una location inaspettata, rispetto all’ingresso principale. Un locale che al primo impatto ci ha sorpreso molto entrando e successivamente la simpatia dei proprietari (moglie e marito entrambi chef del locale) ci ha fatto sentire subito nel posto giusto, come se fossimo tornati a casa dalla nonna dopo tanto tempo.
Piatti studiati e molto belli (le foto parlano da sole) ma il sapore è qualcosa di incredibile, abbiamo ordinato due antipasti (polipo con granella di pistacchi e tartare di salmone su julienne di zucchine) insieme ad un secondo di pesce (baccalà quasi alla livornese). Per gli antipasti, vi consiglio vivamente di assaggiare prima il piatto freddo e poi quello caldo per non scendere di sapore. Il baccalà è stata una grande scoperta. Pesce delicatissimo su una panatura altrettanto leggera, servito su un letto di salsa di pomodoro che da una nota di dolcezza incredibile a tutto il piatto.
Per quanto riguarda i dolci ho scelto una mousse ai 3 cioccolati, molto buona, ma che non riprenderei rispetto alle scelte fatte in precedenza, perché mi ha tolto completamente il sapore dell’ottimo secondo scelto.
Un posto che consiglio vivamente, ma soprattutto lasciatevi consigliare sul menù. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare carne qui in Toscana, ma scegliere il pesce è un’esperienza che non potete non fare in questo posto molto lontano dal mare. Torneremo, spero presto!
We came for lunch guided by the streets of the Sansepolcro villages and also by the reviews that had some nice photos.
A magnificent place, an unexpected location, compared to the main entrance. A place that surprised us a lot upon entering and subsequently the sympathy of the owners (wife and husband both chefs of the place) made us feel immediately in the right place, as if we had returned home to our grandmother after a long time.
Plates studied and very beautiful (the photos speak for themselves) but the taste is something incredible, we ordered two appetizers (octopus with chopped pistachios and salmon tartare on zucchini julienne) together with a second course of fish (cod almost Livorno-style ). For starters, I strongly recommend that you try the cold dish first and then the hot one so as not to lose flavor. The cod was a great find. Delicate fish on an equally light breading, served on a bed of tomato sauce that gives an incredible note of sweetness to the whole dish.
As for the desserts, I chose a 3-chocolate mousse, very good, but which I would not take back from the choices made previously, because it completely took away the flavor of the excellent second course chosen.
A place that I highly recommend, but above all let us advise you on the menu. There are many places to eat meat here in Tuscany, but choosing fish is an experience that you cannot miss in this place very far from the sea. We will be back, hopefully soon!
