M	Massimiliano Farnesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se la responsabilità sia da attribuire alla farmacia stessa o al servizio farmania a cui si appoggiano ma la mia esperienza è stata a dir poco deludente.Ordine dei prodotti e solo dopo mio sollecito vengo a conoscenza del fatto che 2 non sono più disponibili. La cosa in sé non mi ha infastidito,ci mancherebbe,può accadere ma cosa non ho tollerato è il fatto che nessuno si sia preoccupato di avvertirmi se non dopo mio esplicita richiesta. Sono stata avvertita il 04/05 e l'ordine è arrivato il 09/05. Dovevo inoltre ricevere il rimborso parziale per quanto non ricevuto e a oggi 12/05 non ho ancora visto niente. L'ordine (e il relativo pagamento)è stato fatto il 23/04. Direi che se la prendono comoda. Pessimo servizio. Monica Menechini I don't know if the responsibility is to be attributed to the pharmacy itself or to the pharmacy service to which they rely but my experience has been disappointing to say the least. Order of the products and only after my reminder I come to know of the fact that 2 are no longer available. The thing in itself didn't bother me, God forbid, it can happen but what I didn't tolerate is the fact that nobody has bothered to warn me if not after my explicit request. I was notified on 04/05 and the order arrived on 09/05. I also had to receive the partial reimbursement for what was not received and to date 12/05 I have not seen anything yet. The order (and the related payment) was made on 23/04. I'd say they take it easy. Bad service. Monica Menechini
R	Rosaria Carvelli (ArsCity) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia molto piccola, alcune persone del personale sono piuttosto scortesi, quasi infastidite dai clienti, non certo le persone adatte per farti consigliare i prodotti. Very small pharmacy, some of the staff are quite rude, almost bothered by customers, certainly not the right people to recommend products to you.

Purtroppo non si può dire lo stesso di qualcun altra del personale che è :scortese, arrogante ed infastidita dei clienti... Insomma sarebbe meglio stesse a casa..... Personale che non è il massimo della simpatia, ma temo sia un requisito CV per chi voglia fare il farmacista... son tutti uguali, forse li stampano in 3D. Small, too little space for customers, already in 4 people it becomes a crowded place. Staff that is not the best of sympathy, but I fear it is a CV requirement for those who want to be a pharmacist ... they are all the same, maybe they print them in 3D.
