Oggi ho trovato una farmacista invece molto scontrosa, innervosita e sbrigativa. So che il periodo è tosto per loro (e per tutti) ma se hai un lavoro che ti correla ad un "pubblico", non possono mancarti determinate caratteristiche, a meno che tu non voglia risultare come già descritto. Aggiungiamo che un cliente anziano voleva passarmi davanti e mi ha insultato perché non sono scattato quando era il mio turno... Esperienza negativa. Mi spiace. I state that in the other cases where I went to this pharmacy, everything has always been fine. Professionalism, availability, kindness. Today I found a very surly, nervous and hasty pharmacist. I know that the period is tough for them (and for everyone) but if you have a job that relates you to an "audience", you cannot miss certain characteristics, unless you want to be as already described. Let's add that an elderly client wanted to walk past me and insulted me because I didn't snap when it was my turn ... Bad experience. I am sorry.

Peccato perché la farmacia è molto fornita anche di prodotti cosmetici Long waits and little staff at the counter, in general also not very courteous. Sgarbati, presuntuosi, per niente professionali e oltretutto vogliono l’ultima parola anche quando hanno torto marcio! Mio marito per un tampone ha rischiato di finire in ps per il male causato( tra l’altro il farmacista arrogante non ha rilasciato l’esito perché non era andato a fondo, a detta sua il tampone di rsegue andando fin dietro l’orecchio). Dopo diversi litigi, in quanto non volevano riconoscere il fatto che gli avesse causato dolore, siamo riusciti a farci rimborsare la tessera, ovviamente noi ci siamo premuniti di avvisare sia i carabinieri che la guardia di finanza. Comunque fosse l’ultima farmacia di Torino non mi rivolgerei a loro per nessun motivo, sopratutto i tamponi. Consiglio alla farmacia di essere un pochino più disponibili con la clientela e essere meno arroganti.certe farmacie si sono montate la testa, per fortuna non tutte come questa…. Certe pharmacies have gone crazy, luckily not all of them like this one….
A	Arianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I farmacisti qui sanno dare ottimi consigli e risolvere problemi, tante volte ho risolto con loro cose che coi medici non ho mai risolto. Ti ascoltano e ti spiegano in modo molto competente, sono anche molto gentili. Trovo molto seccante invece il "reparto" di bellezza, mentre sei in coda vieni avvicinato dalle consulenti che ti tediano cercando di venderti altri prodotti se non c'è quello che vuoi tu. E se per caso passi allo sportello da loro ti chiedono perché compri una determinata cosa... E devi dire i fatti tuoi davanti agli altri clienti! Non sono neanche farmacisti, perché insistono? E poi ti rifilano mille volantini di depilazione e creme ecc. Secondo me sarebbe meglio togliere questo reparto o metterlo in una sede separata. Se vado in farmacia cerco la consulenza di una farmacista e non voglio nient'altro. Premetto che avevo sempre trovato cortesia e disponibilità al FRONT-Office , ma esiste anche un BACK-Office da dover rispettare. Farmacia molto fornita e di generose dimensioni, peccato il personale alquanto "fancazzista" e con un marcato sollazzammento in orario lavorativo( scusate i termini poco accademici). Dopo aver preso il ticket si fa la coda anche se all'interno non ci sia nessuno, ma il personale sembra sia concentrato ad un lancio di missili tomahawk (quando non riunito a parlare di questioni prettamente personali come "cosa mangiare o vedere film nel weekend ). Armatevi di santa pazienza e non fatevi domande, in fondo è come se foste alla posta, ci andate quando non potete farne a meno o per ritirare la pensione. I state that I release this review as a client for a third party for a long time.
