Ora gli addetti sono giovani, competenti, dinamici e cortesi; le dottoresse, così come il personale che si occupa dei prodotti da banco, fanno davvero tutto il possibile per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti e per dare loro utili consigli.

Il fatto che siano giovani non è un difetto ma un pregio ,perché sono freschi degli studi e in continuo aggiornamento, questo è il mio parere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei aumentare le stelle ma ogni tanto mi capita di incontrare la farmacista nervosa e scostante. Altre invece sono gentili e disponibili. Al farmacista uomo: se si dice al cliente che si telefona per confermare l'arrivo di un prodotto, poi si deve fare.

I consigli sono sempre mirati alla persona sia per quanto riguarda la parte farmaceutica sia per omeopatia, fitoterapia, cosmesi ecc...
Molto ben organizzato il servizio x i tamponi e vaccini.

Permettermi solo un consiglio, era tutto perfetto...da rivedere l'inserimento del medico, parla un pochino a sproposito ed è lento.
