Per più di un mese ho telefonato per avere qualche informazione e non sapevano neppure rispondere cosa fosse successo al mio computer. HO PORTATO IL PC FUNZIONANTE con soltanto un problema di visibilità allo schermo, e ME L'HANNO TORNATO INDIETRO DOPO UN MESE E MEZZO CHE NEANCHE SI ACCENDE PIU'. Mi hanno causato un danno enorme irreversibile. Ed inoltre, in un periodo in cui si lavora in smartworking. Vi allego anche le foto di come mi è stato consegnato il pc, smontato e dentro una busta come se fosse uno scarto... parliamo di un pc di ottima qualità e prestazioni prima di essere stato maneggiato da loro. Ed inoltre, mi è stato consegnato smontato perchè non si sono neppure degnati di rimontarlo dopo aver causato il danno. ps. Metto una stella perchè sennò google non mi fa pubblicare la recensione. DO NOT TRUST !! I brought my computer for a screen problem following a slight fall. For more than a month I phoned to get some information and they couldn't even answer what had happened to my computer. I TAKEN THE PC WORKING WITH ONLY A VISIBILITY PROBLEM ON THE SCREEN, AND THEY GOT IT BACK AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF THAT IT EVEN TURNS ON ANY MORE. They caused me enormous irreversible damage. And also, in a period in which we work in smartworking. I am also attaching the photos of how the pc was delivered to me, disassembled and in an envelope as if it were a waste ... we are talking about a pc of excellent quality and performance before being handled by them. Also, it was delivered disassembled because they didn't even deign to reassemble it after causing the damage. ps. I put a star because otherwise google won't let me publish the review.
