Ordine effettuato il venerdì, non si preoccupi chiamiamo noi entro martedì è qui 2. Chiami il martedì, ci sono stati ritardi per la crisi economica e per il corona ( e va bene figuriamoci ) entro sabato mattina è qui 3. Chiami il sabato, guardi noi facciamo cumuli di ordini per poi fare un ordine unico altrimenti non ci conviene ( motivazione più che ottima che ha smentito la precedente dell'ordine in viaggio ) 4. chiami il sabato dopo, eehh purtroppo la vita ci porta di fronte ad incombenze (più varie filosofie sul perché esistiamo ) 5. chiami il sabato ancora dopo, pensa che l'ordine è arrivato ma manca giusto la sua tastiera sono arrabbiatissimo con i fornitori toglierò la tastiera dal sito e farò un embargo economico senza precedenti alla ditta se non mi da spiegazioni ( per le spiegazioni ha inviato uno skype che a quanto pare a distanza di più di un mese non hanno letto a quanto pare ) 6. va bene cosi cari computer valley .. ho provveduto ad un altra soluzione anche perché è passato più di un mese .. e se dovessi aspettare voi scade anche la garanzia europea di 24 mesi Ciliegina sulla torta la tastiera è ancora sul sito .. grazie per l'attenzione e la professionalità e la sincerità con il cliente !! Acquistato PC portatile Asus con tanta parlantina sulle caratteristiche del PC e questo tutto vero, ma poi al primo problema banale di sistema ,assistenza ZERO e risoluzione con la formattazione, naturalmente a pagamento, 50 euro. Abbiamo cambiato centro di assistenza ASUS e i nostri futuri acquisti sui prodotti Asus non piu' in questo centro !!!!!!!!! NO AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE. Purchased Asus laptop with a lot of talking about the characteristics of the PC and this is all true, but then at the first trivial system problem, ZERO assistance and resolution with formatting, of course for a fee, 50 euros. We changed ASUS service center and our future purchases on Asus products no longer in this center !!!!!!!!!
