Mi ha stupita la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Non comune di questi tempi Efficient, kind and well organized. L	Lucia Guglielmi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI per i seguenti motivi: 1 code assurde, dicono che tutti son prenotati ma non controllano e spesso molti non prenotati si infilano (ho avuto più volte la conferma personalmente) 2 tamponi non veritieri (mia figlia il 3 gennaio fatto tampone, positiva, il personale non l'ha segnalata all'asl e il pediatra non riusciva a prenotare il tampone in uscita..... costretti a fare altro tampone sempre da loro, risultato negativo...dopo due giorni il molecolare ha dato ancora esito positivo) 3 la farmacia ha una fidelity card che ogni 50 € dà diritto a un regalo....non viene mai proposta BAD for the following reasons: 1 absurd queues, they say that everyone is booked but they do not check and often many unreserved enter (I have had confirmation several times personally) 2 untrue swabs (my daughter had a swab on 3 January, positive, the staff did not report it to the ASL and the pediatrician could not book the swab at the exit ..... forced to always do another swab from them, negative result ... after two days the molecular still gave a positive result) 3 the pharmacy has a fidelity card that every 50 € entitles you to a gift .... it is never offered

Quindi, potrebbe passare prima uno registrato dopo di te , che vuole però passare ugualmente prima. Dovrebbero chiamare loro come fanno altre farmacie, si eviterebbero inutili proteste da parte della gente . Efficient and valid buffer booking system, but it is a pity that the booking time is not respected but the arrival time. Therefore, someone registered after you may pass first, but they still want to pass first. They should call them as other pharmacies do, unnecessary protests from the people would be avoided.
