Vado in garage e mi ritrovo un problema di malfunzionamento con il mio compressore aria. Da una prima impressione, mi sembra un difetto alla valvola di sicurezza, visto questo chiamo ferraresa e chiedo se hanno il ricambio. Mi risponde il signor Ferrarese in persona che prima mi chiede perché mi serve quel ricambio, e dopo una chiacchierata e 10 minuti mi fa presente che probabilmente il ricambio non è da sostituire ma è sufficiente fare una veloce regolazione. Risultato il signor Ferrarese ha avuto perfettamente ragione, mi ha dato consulenza telefonica con estrema gentilezza, professionalità e senza guadagnarci nulla. Forse subito non ci ha guadagnato nulla, ma sicuramente ha guadagnato un cliente!!!!! Se ci fossero più attività come questa tutto in Italia andrebbe meglio. BRAVI! From a first impression, it seems to me a defect in the safety valve, given this I call ferraresa and ask if they have the spare part. Mr. Ferrarese replies to me in person who first asks me why I need that spare part, and after a chat and 10 minutes he reminds me that the spare part is probably not to be replaced but just make a quick adjustment. Result Mr. Ferrarese was absolutely right, he gave me telephone advice with extreme kindness, professionalism and without earning anything. Maybe he didn't immediately gain anything, but he certainly gained a customer !!!!! If there were more activities like this, everything in Italy would be better. WELL DONE!
