 My experience in the world of crossfit began in this box. Thanks to the professionalism and skills of coach Rosario I can be fully satisfied with the results obtained and the objectives achieved. Crossfit Moncalieri taught me that in life there are no limits that cannot be overcome with constancy and determination!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente unici tutti i coach, mi hanno accolto a braccia aperte e mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa e accudito per farmi crescere sempre di piú raggiungendo obbiettivi che non credevo mai più di raggiungere, comunque questo box non é più un semplice posto o box, ma è una casa!
All the coaches are simply unique, they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home and cared for to make me grow more and more reaching goals that I never thought I would reach, however this box is no longer a simple place or box but it's a home!

Thanks to the Coaches I fell in love with this sport. I have been with them for 4 months but I would never leave them for any other box. They are professional, from day one you feel part of the group. It has been followed in detail and their accuracy is unmatched. Seeing is believing ??

Ma dopo solo questo poco tempo sn riusciti già a farmi appassionare alla disciplina del crossfit.
Molto pazienti cn chi come me è alle prime armi e molto competenti nel spiegare gli esercizi.
Utilizzano anche al meglio l'app dove inseriscono quotidianamente i lavori che si effettueranno nella giornata.

Registered for only one month in this box.
But after only this short time sn managed to make me passionate about the crossfit discipline.
Very patient with people like me who are beginners and very competent in explaining the exercises.
They also make the best use of the app where they enter the jobs that will take place during the day on a daily basis.

If followed constantly during the lesson, usually in the gyms you are followed the first lessons after which no one comes to correct you anymore, here you are monitored at each lesson
