★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo dove potersi sfogare...presentano diversi corsi principalmente di arti marziali..box ..ma si può anche fare fitness...crossfit...preparazione atletica...dispongono di sala pesi discretamente attrezzata...sauna..
Io consiglio il corso di Jkd...the best..
Excellent place where you can let off steam ... they present several courses mainly in martial arts..box ..but you can also do fitness ... crossfit ... athletic training ... they have a discreetly equipped weight room ... sauna ..
I recommend the Jkd ... the best course.
