Ottimi i materiali e molto professionale la posa. Nonostante alcune finestre avessero le inferriate sono riusciti a posare le finestre e le relative gelosie senza rimuoverle. Insomma siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. We relied on Vetrerie Martelli to change the windows of the country house and we had a great time. Dopo 3 mesi di attesa ricevo articolo che non corrisponde a quanto ordinato in negozio. Non è professionale sentirsi dire che è colpa del cliente perché non ha verificato se ad un determinato codice corrispondesse l'articolo!!Il prodotto montato cmq sembrerebbe valido Apart from the question of doors, having called Vetreria Martelli for a blocked shutter problem, I admit that they responded quickly to my request for intervention with resolution of the problem. D	Daniela Volpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sebbene i serramenti siano di buona qualità non mi ritengo soddisfatta, in uno dei serramenti dove presente gattaiola, con due evidenti bolle d'aria, il vetro ha iniziato a creparsi dopo neanche 4 mesi, fatto presente con telefonata, messaggio e anche di persona sono stata completamente ignorata anzi mi è stato detto che probabilmente io avevo sbattuto la porta. Sto ancora aspettando una soluzione (dopo quasi un anno) ,oltre al fatto che avevo fatto presente alcune altre piccole problematiche sulle quali avevo sorvolato. Unfortunately, although the windows and doors are of good quality, I am not satisfied, in one of the windows where there is a cat flap, with two obvious air bubbles, the glass has started to crack after less than 4 months, made this by phone call, message and even in person I was completely ignored in fact I was told that I probably had slammed the door. I am still waiting for a solution (after almost a year), in addition to the fact that I had pointed out some other small problems on which I had overlooked.
