Ultimo acquisto: due confezioni di tinta Koleston Perfect, per un totale di Euro 22,60; evidentemente tutte e due parte di una partita danneggiata.Scatto la foto del prodotto dentro la ciotola prima di buttarlo via e, visto che mi trovavo fuori da Torino in vacanza, non torno subito in negozio ma lo faccio dopo una ventina di giorni, munita di scontrino virtuale e foto probatoria. Risultato: Il gestore allega, per altro con un atteggiamento molto scortese, che anche se il prodotto è evidentemente danneggiato il responsabile è la casa produttrice e che lui non ritiene ripormi neanche la metà della spesa.E ha chiuso con un energico e scortese "Basta!!" Se almeno delle due tinte mi avesse restituito una sarei rimasta contenta di perdere solo la metà dei soldi. Secondo me, il soggetto in questione ha dimostrato una assoluta mancanza di criterio nella gestione della situazione. Non tornerò mai più e nemmeno lo raccomanderò, come solevo fare prima. Morale: Se comprate da loro un prodotto danneggiato o difettoso non vi aspettate un bel trattamento è nemmeno il cambio. Nota : niente da dire delle ragazze(commesse) , sempre gentili ed efficienti. Oggi vado dimentico tessera, il commesso mi nega lo sconto perché dice che non mi conosce o che comunque non si ricorda di me. Le chiedo di chiamarmi la sua collega che tra l'altro mi ha fatto la tessera non si ricorda neanche lei. Tutti i mesi sono li a comprare ma va bhe. Le sottolineo che non sono tipa da mentire per uno sconto di € 1.80 circa e lui in modo arrogante mi dice "e allora di cosa stiamo a discutere". Vorrei dire a quel commesso che per uno stupido sconto di € 1.80 si è persa una cliente madre di una figlia che un domani avrà un negozio. Sorella di un parrucchiere che gestisce 15 dipendenti e amica di molti parrucchieri di Torino e che la migliore pubblicità la fanno le clienti con il passaparola. L'unica cosa snervante, ovviamente non imputabile al personale lavorativo, sono i tempi di attesa tra un cliente e l'altro. Per ovvie motivazioni si entra 3 persone alla volta...e se sei in fila...non ti passa più!!! Qualified and kind staff. You find a lot of products.
