Mi è davvero spiaciuto sentirmi trattato con superiorità e saccenza dal venditore perché a sua detta, prima di prendere un appuntamento (in periodo Covid, in cui credo sia praticamente richiesto dappertutto) avrei dovuto arredare le stanze, compresi quadri e tappeti, disponibile a lasciarmi comunque le luci da provare una volta che avrei completato i lavori. Le luci però mi servivano e, trovando molta difficoltà a farmele vendere perché "noi non siamo approssimativi come altri" le ho acquistate in un altro negozio a Rivoli in cui ho trovato gentilezza, disponibilità, prezzi onesti e molto senso pratico verso chi sta costruendo una casa. Le luci illuminano perfettamente e stanno molto bene con l'arredamento. La mia esperienza a quanto vedo rappresenta un'eccezione, probabilmente legata alla sfortuna di aver trovato un venditore poco professionale di cui chiaramente non riporto il nome in pubblico ma che ricordo, qualora la proprietà fosse interessata. I was really sorry to feel treated with superiority and wisdom by the seller because according to him, before making an appointment (in the Covid period, in which I think it is practically in demand everywhere) I should have furnished the rooms, including paintings and carpets, willing to leave me anyway the lights to try once I completed the work. However, I needed the lights and, finding it very difficult to make me sell them because "we are not approximate like others", I bought them in another shop in Rivoli where I found kindness, availability, honest prices and a lot of practical sense towards those who are building a home. The lights illuminate perfectly and go very well with the decor. My experience as far as I see is an exception, probably linked to the misfortune of having found an unprofessional seller whose name I clearly do not report in public but which I remember, if the property is interested.

M	Marcella Forconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più piede in questo negozio scomodo e caro!!Acquistai una luce da terra qualche anno fa..meravigliosa fintantoché non si è fulminata la lampadina…un rarissimo pezzo da museo, evidentemente, che non si trova da nessuna parte, nemmeno nel medesimo negozio dove la lampada è stata acquistata, Traiano luce 73 (ripeto, acquisto fatto qualche anno fa, non nell’immediato dopo-guerra). Personale a dir poco sgradevole e supponente quando mi presento con la lampadina fuori uso in mano..con fare paternalistico e irritante un signore affettato mi dice che mi vuole aiutare (che fortunella) e mi deride con garbo, dicendomi che la lampadina forse nemmeno esiste più (forse….) e che comunque ha bisogno di una foto della lampada originale (sic!!), ma il signore mi reitera di volermi aiutarei!!! Morale della favola, andró a comprarmi sicuramente altrove una lampada nuova e con lampadine normali e reperibili..personalmente non ci metteró mai più piede!!!!! No more foot in this uncomfortable and expensive shop !! I bought a floor light a few years ago .. wonderful until the light bulb went out ... a very rare museum piece, obviously, which is nowhere to be found, not even in the same shop where the lamp was purchased, Traiano luce 73 (I repeat, purchase made a few years ago, not immediately after the war). Staff to say the least unpleasant and opinionated when I show up with the bulb out of order in my hand .. patronizingly and irritatingly an affected gentleman tells me that he wants to help me (what a lucky one) and laughs at me politely, telling me that the light bulb may not even exist more (maybe ....) and who still needs a photo of the original lamp (sic !!), but the gentleman reiterates that he wants to help me !!! Moral of the story, I will definitely go and buy a new lamp elsewhere and with normal and available bulbs .. personally I will never set foot again !!!!!

Attenzione al cliente, anche se sono praticamente invasi dalle persone, e può capitare di attendere un po’..comunque a me hanno sempre accolto e trattata con gentilezza, ormai perla rara, anche quando sono arrivata in ritardo. Inoltre anche dal punto di vista dei pagamenti sono stati gentili (ho pagato tutto al ritiro senza essere stata io a chiederlo) quindi si sono fidati senza conoscermi. Infine ci è stato un errore sull’ordine già nel preventivo (e non ce ne siamo accorti) e quando è arrivato il pezzo sbagliato me lo hanno sostituito senza problemi, facendomelo arrivare con urgenza in tempi brevi. Insomma tutto perfetto, servizio e illuminazione di tutta casa! Huge choice, brands for all budgets and styles. Attention to the customer, even if they are practically overrun by people, and it may happen that you wait a while ... in any case, they have always welcomed me and treated me with kindness, now a rare gem, even when I arrived late. Moreover, also from the point of view of payments they were kind (I paid everything at the withdrawal without having been the one to ask for it) so they trusted without knowing me. Finally, there was an error on the order already in the estimate (and we did not notice it) and when the wrong piece arrived, they replaced it without any problems, sending it to me urgently in a short time. In short, everything is perfect, service and lighting of the whole house!

Personale molto qualificato che sa consigliarti. Il proprietario Giovanni un commerciante che nn vedevo da anni.... Appartiene al vecchio stampo dei negozi di Torino. Il personale del montaggio qualificatopremetto nn metto mai recensioni ma questa volta nn ne potevo fare a meno. Grazie I went to Traiano luci to fix chandeliers ...
