Al momento della vendita (fiera a Torino) ci hanno detto che loro l'hanno sempre rimborsata mentre al momento della riscossione ci hanno detto che assolutamente loro non l'hanno mai fatta. Alle mie domande lecite sulla questione, la Signora Di Chio ha dato di matto urlando al telefono accusandomi di essere un disonesto e un ladro, dimostrandosi maleducata e incompetente sulle varie questioni burocratiche. Per fortuna c'è stato un altro collaboratore che ci ha richiamato e con molta gentilezza ci ha spiegato la situazione. FATE ATTENZIONE In risposta: Allora il bugiardo sono io va bene. Se ci avesse detto che non rimborsava l'IVA secondo lei avremmo comprato presso il vostro negozietto? ah già sono pure scemo a fare queste cose. Dico solo che mia moglie è contabile e quindi ne capisce sicuramente più della Sig.ra di Chio. Lei in fiera ci aveva detto che la rimborsavate, ma va bene siamo noi quelli in torto. Prima di scrivere impari a essere più educata al telefono con i clienti che fanno delle semplici domande. Abbiamo così avuto il piacere di conoscere la signora Maria, una persona gentilissima, disponibile e una seria professionista che ha preso veramente a cuore le nostre necessità manifestando un interesse per il cliente che va molto al di la dello svolgere semplicemente un mestiere. Nel fare il sopraluogo nel nostro appartamento in fase di ristrutturazione sia l'idraulico che l'elettricista che vi lavoravano hanno tessuto lodi nei suoi confronti per la precisione con cui ha loro indicato la posizione degli attacchi e delle varie prese per gli elettrodomestici. Ci sentiamo di consigliare caldamente questo mobilificio per la qualità, la cortesia e il sincero interesse che viene mostrato.
