Prenoto un farmaco veterinario chiedendo la certezza che arrivi entro la mattinata seguente, perché rimango qui a Torino prendendo mezza gg di ferie in modo da poter cominciare subito la cura al mio cane. Mi garantiscono la consegna entro le 10.30, quindi pernotto a Torino. Ovviamente il farmaco non arriva. Invece che scusarsi e adoperarsi in qualche modo mi rispondono seccamente " non è colpa ns se non è arrivato". Non so, è colpa mia?
 I live outside the city, I come here from the vet. I book a veterinary drug asking for the certainty that it will arrive by the following morning, because I will stay here in Turin taking half a day of vacation so that I can immediately start taking care of my dog. They guarantee my delivery by 10.30, so I spend the night in Turin. Obviously the drug does not come. Instead of apologizing and working in some way they answer me dryly "it is not our fault if it has not arrived". I don't know, is it my fault?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto il tampone, mi sarebbe dovuto arrivare il messaggio con l'esito dopo 1 ora, ora e mezza, son passate più di 2 ore ed ancora niente. Dopo essere andato di persona, si erano dimenticati di chiedere la email, pure dei bei maleducati!!!!
