D	Domenico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza e attenzione al cliente la fanno da padrone a partire dall'accoglienza con un "benvenuto" che mi ha stupito. Mi sono avvicinato al mondo gravel da qualche mese ed ho portato la mia bicicletta gravel dechatlon a cambiare i copertoni. ( cosa che altri in zona hanno rifiutato di fare perche' trattasi di bicicletta non acquistata da loro ). Lavoro svolto in tempi rapidi a un costo per me corretto. Sicuramente e' diventato il mio riferimento da oggi in poi per qualsiasi problema a cui andro' in contro e chissa' che un giorno lo diventi anche per un futuro acquisto visto le biciclette esposte. Kindness and attention to the customer are the masters starting from the reception with a "welcome" that amazed me. I approached the gravel world a few months ago and I took my dechatlon gravel bike to change the tires. (which others in the area have refused to do because it is a bicycle not bought by them). Work done quickly at a cost that is correct for me. Surely it has become my reference from now on for any problem I will face and who knows that one day it will also become one for a future purchase given the bicycles on display.

So che le 5 stelle non bastano:) ma per adesso è il massimo! Even if the bike was ready, I'd just go back to say hello! It would take more people, so kind, and honest! Sono stati in grado di recuperare un mozzo completo riparandomi una vecchia ed affezionata Graziella che altrimenti sarebbe finita in un cassonetto… Inoltre l’ampio assortimento offre tutte le scelte possibili di bicicletta per ogni tasca. Super consigliato! Peter is nice, courteous and competent: together with his boys they are all excellent repairers. They were able to recover a complete hub by repairing an old and affectionate Graziella that otherwise would have ended up in a dumpster ... In addition, the wide assortment offers all possible bicycle choices for every pocket. Super recommended!

Veloci, cortesi ed onesti nel costo della riparazione. É un bell'esempio di produzione artigianale di biciclette. Mentre attendevo ho guardato le bici esposte. Sono tutte bellissime con prezzi onesti. Ci sono anche quelle con pedalata assistita. Forniscono inoltre tutti gli accessori come borse , luci e pezzi di ricambio da sostituire. La varietà di proposte é per tutti. Ci sono splendide mountain bike e bici da corsa. Senza dimenticare le city bike tutte con prezzi molto interessanti. Sicuramente quando dovro' comprarne un'altra andro' da loro. Efficienti , cortesi ed onesti ! Consiglio a tutti questo negozio sito alla fine di c.so Unione Sovietica in un cortile di Strada mirafiori, a due passi dal corso. I passed yesterday afternoon due to a puncture of my bicycle. M	M J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The back wheel of my moutainbike including cassette was stolen: after taking it there it was fully repaired in just 20 minutes and it was much cheaper than I expected. The guys there are also very customer-friendly and take their time to talk to you, even though I didn't speak Italian very well. Couldn't recommend this place more!

They explained to me exactly what they did for the repairs and let me choose if buy the components for the most expensive paryt of it or leave it for later, instead of just doing it and charge a lot. I'm pretty satisfied with the work and the price. I'll surely go again if I have problems with my bike. They make you feel like family when you're there :)
