D	Docti Docti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao Ho chiamato il negozio TS per portare il mio televisore che la sera prima ha incominciato a darmi problemi e così mi sono trovato davanti Antonio una persone frizzante e simpatica. Premetto che Antonio è il suo negozio erano da me sconosciuti e solo grazie a delle recensioni su internet mi sono voluto fidare. Comunque Antonio è una persona genuina, amante del suo lavoro e desiderosa di accontentare il suo cliente. Forse mi ci sono affezionato subito, forse perché assomiglia molto a mio padre che prima di andare in pensione aggiustata elettrodomestici, e per lui avere un cliente soddisfatto era la sua prerogativa. Comunque Vi posso dire che nel giro di poche ore è riuscito a recuperare il ricambio e mi ha restituito il televisore riparato . ( comunque mi diceva che riesce a recuperare il ricambio in 24/48 ore ma dipende dal corriere). Concludendo qualità e prezzo ottimi , simpatia e onestà dieci , trasparenza dieci . Lo consiglio. Hello I called the TS shop to bring my TV that started giving me problems the night before and so I found myself in front of Antonio a bubbly and nice person. I state that Antonio and his shop were unknown to me and only thanks to the reviews on the internet I wanted to trust them. However Antonio is a genuine person, a lover of his work and eager to please his client. Perhaps I immediately fell in love with it, perhaps because it looks a lot like my father who fixed appliances before retiring, and for him having a satisfied customer was his prerogative. However, I can tell you that within a few hours he managed to recover the spare part and returned the repaired TV to me. (in any case he told me that he can recover the spare part in 24/48 hours but it depends on the courier). Concluding excellent quality and price, friendliness and honesty ten, transparency ten. I advise.
A	Alessandro Gay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi limito ad una stella che è il minimo sindacale nei commenti..... parole, parole. e dopo tre settimane di attesa mi chiama, dopo che chiaramente mi sono affidato ad un altro tecnico; non discuto sulla competenza perchè non l'ho mai visto, ma a 20 Euro il nuovo tecnico che è venuto mi ha :raddrizzato antenna , regolato i programmi su due TV, cambiato i cavi antenna ed è ritornato per verifica totale. Nulla volergliene ma almeno avvisarmi visto che sono anche un portatore di Handicap.... i soldi sono uguali per tutti ed accordi (promesse è una parola troppo asincrona con i tempi) si dovrebbero rispettare. lo sconsiglio vivamente. Unfortunately I limit myself to a star who is the minimum wage in the comments ..... words, words. and after three weeks of waiting he calls me, after clearly I have entrusted myself to another technician; I do not argue about the competence because I have never seen it, but at 20 Euros the new technician who came has me: straightened the antenna, adjusted the programs on two TVs, changed the antenna cables and returned for total verification. Nothing wanting him but at least warn me since I am also a handicapped person .... the money is the same for everyone and agreements (promises is a word too asynchronous with the times) should be respected. I strongly advise against it.
