Era successo in passato ed è capitato anche questa sera di trovare lo stesso dottore, per niente garbato, polemico e con un rispetto per la clientela pari a zero. Sicuramente un cliente in meno (io) non avrà molte ripercussioni sul loro fatturato, ma da parte mia sarò ben lieto di non metterci più piede . Preferisco fare qualche metro in più, ma essere trattato con garbo e con rispetto dal personale della farmacia Poggi Dr. Renzo in via Empolitana. Credo che il rispetto di chi offre un servizio sia sacrosanto pari a chi dietro un servizio mette i propri soldi guadagnati con sudore . I had decided not to buy anything in this pharmacy. Goditi la superbia in solitudine, molti scelgono di non tornare a causa sua e spero che anche altri clienti come me sceglieranno non entrare più a servirsi, favorendo un altro punto vendita. Il cliente va accolto con un sorriso e assistito in tutto e per tutto, altrimenti non si dovrebbe lavorare con il pubblico. Esperienza negativa. I ragazzi sono anche cordiali, ma del farmacista non ne parliamo proprio. Vedo che anche altri hanno avuto il mio stesso problema quindi é un problema radicato. Ci sono tante altre farmacie. Il ragazzo giovane, piuttosto maleducato, in maniera goffa prova pure a giustificarsi dicendo che il commercialista gli ha detto che non lo poteva modificare. FATE ATTENZIONE! Glielo ho fatto notare e il ragazzo giovane ha avuto pure da ridire in maniera piuttosto maleducata (dicendo che va bene anche così). Scorretti!
