★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco la "pessima " reputazione che viene attribuita a questa banca. Ne sono stato uno dei primi clienti e non cambierei mai banca. Nonostante la netta diminuzione dei dipendenti la qualità del servizio è sempre buona. Il grosso problema, comune a tutte le banche oramai, è che molti servizi andrebbero svolti on-line e tramite bancomat cosa che qui da noi Italia...è quasi inconcepibile.
I don't understand the "bad" reputation that is attributed to this bank. I was one of the first customers and I would never change banks. Despite the sharp drop in employees, the quality of service is always good. The big problem, common to all banks now, is that many services should be carried out online and through ATMs, which here in Italy ... is almost inconceivable.
