Bad staff. They do not answer the phone or email. I have been waiting for an answer for weeks but they are totally gone. Avoid them like the plague!
g	ginozzi82 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dato zero stelle ma non si puó. Entrato in banca quasi un anno fa per un mutuo, mi dicono che tempo una settimana mi avrebbero mandato il perito. Bene dopo 8 mesi del perito ancora non si sa ancora niente (nonostante mi sia recato in banca slmeno 6/7 volte per chiedere spiegazioni). Dopo 10 mesi mi mandano questo benedetto perito e fatra la perizia mi dicono di andare in banca il19 ottobre per firmare l atto. Il giorno 18 mi chiamano e mi dicono che non è possibile firmare perché non hanno tutti i documenti pronti, eche mi avrebbero richiamato tra due giorni. Attendo una loro chiamata x due giorni ma niente.... Alla fine ho lasciato perdere la pratica con loro. Se cetcste gente seria e competente recatevi altrove.la peggior banca in cui mi sobo recato. I would have given zero stars but you can't. Entered the bank almost a year ago for a mortgage, they tell me that a week later the expert would be sent to me. Well after 8 months of the expert still nothing is known yet (although I went to the bank at least 6/7 times to ask for explanations). After 10 months they send me this blessed expert and after the expert report they tell me to go to the bank on October 19 to sign the deed. On day 18 they call me and tell me that it is not possible to sign because they don't have all the documents ready, and that they would have called me back in two days. I await their call for two days but nothing .... In the end I gave up the practice with them. If cetcste serious and competent people go elsewhere. The worst bank in which I sobo went.

In questo periodo preferiscono l'affluenza in sede invece che rispondere ad una semplice mail. Waiting for 15 days to reply to an email, to request documentation. In this period they prefer the turnout at the headquarters rather than responding to a simple email.
