★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordiali e gentili ma dire incompetenti è poco ,sbagliano le ricette e mi è successo per ben 2 volte ,tampone rapido in 2 ore si sono dimenticati di inviare la risposta sono andata a prenderla il giorno dopo feedback sicuramente negativo.
Friendly and kind but to say incompetent is little, the recipes are wrong and it happened to me 2 times, quick swab in 2 hours they forgot to send the answer I went to get it the next day definitely negative feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a qualche anno fa mi sono sempre trovata bene , il dottor Tornaghi é bravo e professionale mentre il personale ,mi riferisco al reparto beauty, mi dà come l'impressione che voglia soltanto vendere senza un minimo di tatto ... Personalmente non acquisterò più nulla in quel reparto.
Until a few years ago I have always found myself well, Dr. Tornaghi is good and professional while the staff, I refer to the beauty department, gives me the impression that they only want to sell without a minimum of tact ... Personally I will not buy more nothing in that department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovete fare i tamponi cambiate farmacia.... Ti propongo il pacchetto e poi x fare un tampone devi stare ai loro orari una volta la mattina alle 12 un altro giorno alle 15.... Credo quanto meno se vendi un servizio dovresti attenerti agli orari dell attività ... Esperienza da nn ripetere
If you have to do the tampons, change the pharmacy .... I propose you the package and then x to make a tampon you have to stay at their times once in the morning at 12 another day at 15 .... I think at least if you sell a service you should stick to at the time of the activity ... Experience not to be repeated
