★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo in farmacia per chiedere di fare un elettrocardiogramma, è domenica e mi dicono che sono in pochi al banco e non posso farlo ( c'erano 5 persone fuori e 3/4 farmacisti). Poi non contento chiamo e chiedo nuovamente e mi rispondono solo per urgenze. Poi mi ripassano la persona al banco e mi dice di andare domani mattina gli dico che se avessi avuto la possibilità andato lunedì mattina e mi dice che gli dispiace e non può. Lo fate questo servizio si o no?
 I go to the pharmacy to ask for an electrocardiogram, it's Sunday and they tell me that there are few at the counter and I can't do it (there were 5 people out and 3/4 pharmacists). Then not happy I call and ask again and they answer me only for emergencies. Then they pass me over to the person at the counter and he tells me to go tomorrow morning I tell him that if I had the chance I went on Monday morning and he tells me that he is sorry and cannot. Do you do this service yes or no?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi della farmacia differiscono con quelli del negozio online e anche di tanto, controllate bene. Quando segnalo la cosa immediatamente fanno una modifiche ai prezzi e alzano i prezzi dei prodotti che cercavo anche sul negozio online. Controllate sempre.
Inoltre, nonostante tutto, decido di fare l'ordine: 150€ di prodotti.
Ma il pacco non arriva, dicono di averlo mandato, ma niente.. Dopo un po' di tempo scopro per puro caso che è stato consegnato ad un completo sconosciuto del palazzo, e per fortuna riesco a riavere il mio pacco da oltre 150€ grazie alla bontà di questo completo sconosciuto.
Telefono alla farmacia per segnalare la cosa, loro, accampano una serie di scaricabarile, non si scusano e presa in giro finale: "Se vuole quando arriva il nostro corriere glielo dice lei personalmente". Questi qui sono privi di professionalità, non sono in grado di gestire in modo corretto un catalogo online di prodotti e non tengono per niente ai clienti. Preferisco rivolgermi ad altre farmacie d'ora in poi.

I phone the pharmacy to report the matter, they camp a series of blame game, they do not apologize and final teasing: "If you want when our courier arrives, you can tell him personally". These are lacking in professionalism, are unable to properly manage an online catalog of products and do not care at all for customers. I prefer to go to other pharmacies from now on.

che le operatrici non inseriscono a fondo narici il tampone lasciando il dubbio sui responsi. Evidenzio che solo un operatore con i capelli corti brizzolato ha effettuato per bene l'operazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cortesia e gentilezza allo stato puro...non ostante il periodo e quindi i clienti in fila e le necessità che in questo periodo ci portano più spesso in farmacia SONO UNA GARANZIA....nel periodo del picco del covid consegnavano a domicilio con un servizio che era a dir poco EFFICIENTE. COMPLIMENTI??
