Mia madre questa mattina si è recata in farmacia per chiedere gentilmente una informazione ed è stata ampiamente derisa e sbeffeggiata in pubblico dalle due dottoresse che erano presenti. Mia madre ha 74 anni, ma penso che il rispetto sia senza età e dovuto in particolare a chi si reca in farmacia per bisogno. Mai più, vergogna!!!! I give a star only because I can't give zero. Con il tampone in questa farmacia test negativo. Gli ho detto dei test e se potevano eseguirlo nuovamente, uno dei farmacisti lo avrebbe fatto nuovamente più accuratamente ma la titolare è intervenuta dicendo che non lo avrebbe fatto. Sono andato in un'altra farmacia e sono risultato positivo. Ho il covid. Avrei contagiato colleghi e famiglia... Unfortunately I have to give a low grade for the buffer management.
