★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was ordering the first time at Leroy Merlin and was really surprised. After choosing all the desired products, I got an error message during the payment process. When calling the LM service, I got the response that some of the articles are not available and that I would need to check every single item.
1. How can it be, that the Webpage is not able to inform about and mark non available products?
2. When calling the customer service and the problem is the mentioned above, I would expect the customer service to tell me which of the products are available and which are not.
3. For my online orders I usually get the invoice via E-mail. LM does not offer this service. It says, that the invoice can be downloaded in the myLM section. Unfortunately there are no documents attached. For the reply to my E-Mail I am waiting already 3 weeks.
I did not expect LM to have such a poor webpage, regarding online orders, to have such a bad customer service and to leave such an unserious impression by not sending the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery service is non existent. Customer service is horrible. Their website is completely dysfunctional - items disappear and then reappear, searching for them by name brings up no results either. I ordered a kitchen rug - payed for it, received confirmation and approximate delivery date, however 10 days later I receive another confirmation - of its cancellation. No explanation whatsoever. At least I got my money back, which apparently is usually a struggle with this company (read many similar and far worse reviews). Leroy Merlin - either cease to pretend you do home deliveries or get better at customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was better this time, but it is still impossible to get to the other side of the shop without getting very close to those queueing at the checkouts or walking right round the store. I asked an assistant for an item and he told me it was on the left side at the bottom, eventually I found it on the left side at the top of the shelves.

The store, as usual, is divides by category, such as lawn and garden, home improvement, heating, electric tools, building materials, bath. Friendly and professional staff. Large parking available. Automatic counters. The store is inside Fiordaliso mall area. Suggested!

Huge Collection of bulder superstore, kitchen, bathroom, garden, all tips of extension goods, parts and more.
Out side the city, without private car transport are little bit harder.
