Sono arrivato per prendere un farmaco per il mio bimbo alle 19.59h mi hanno sbattuto la porta in faccia per chiudere alle 20.00. If even half a star was possible. Non pretendevo il sorriso, ma esiste lo spelling e la voglia di aiutare il cliente. Pessima. Torno alla mia bella farmacia di paese con gente educata sorridente e volenterosa. Bad service. In provincia di piacenza gli trovo a 11 euro in italiano Bad and expensive 15 euros for a quick swab to do at home and also the one in German (he could at least advise). In the province of Piacenza I can find them for 11 euros in Italian

Sono andata ieri sera a ritirare dei farmaci, peccato che la Signora non trovava nulla di quanto richiesto e ho dovuto dirle io di guardare se ci fosse il generico. Per coronare il tutto ha sbagliato completamente a darci dei medicinali, invece dell'olio prescritto contro urticaria/psoriasi ci ha dato delle compresse di Fleboside "indicato nel trattamento di: sintomi dovuti a problemi di circolazione del sangue (insufficienza venosa); fragilità dei piccoli vasi sanguigni (capillari)". Questa cosa è molto grave, e potrebbe essere denunciata. Consiglierei alla Signora di cambiare mestiere prima che causi danni irrimediabili!!!!! Terrible! Ma se includete il servizio di foratura ai lobi e non riuscite a farlo, togliete il servizio. 3 volte sono venuta e sono andata via senza una foratura.
