Se questa è la serietà dimostrata è meglio che cambino lavoro. I wanted to give zero stars but the system required me to put at least one, I have been trying in vain for 2 days to contact them by phone to book a tampon no one deigned to answer. If this is the seriousness shown it is better that they change jobs.

F	Federico Cattaneo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tampone prenotato alle 15:40. 15 minuti di coda in farmacia per pagare, poi mi hanno mandato in fila davanti ad un tendone dove ho aspettato, nuovamente in fila, fino alle 16:50. Dentro al tendone trovo una sola dottoressa, molto gentile poverina, che gestiva tutto (compilazione moduli, tamponi, rilascio certificati, ecc) e stava giustamente sclerando perchè doveva fare tutto da sola. Per di più l'ambiente aveva lo stesso livello di pulizia di un locale spazzatura (scatole di tamponi aperte, cartacce e rifiuti sopra e sotto al tavolo). Consiglio vivamente, visti i soldi che ci fate, di prendere una persona in più che gestisca la parte burocratica e di prenderne un'altra che pulisca. Se avete scelto di fare il farmacista per aiutare gli altri, qui c'è un importante FALLIMENTO personale. Vi auguro la chiusura dell'attività al più presto. Non meritate di stare aperti. La maleducazione regna sovrana e mi è anche capitato di trovare prezzi diversi dello stesso medicinale a distanza di mattina-sera. Giving him 1 star already means paying him a compliment. Dovrebbe davvero evitare un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico se non sa nemmeno quali siano le regole base dell'educazione. Scortese è dire poco! Per non parlare dei ricarichi che fanno sui tamponi rapidi. Lo stesso identico tampone che ho trovato in un'altra farmacia a 10 euro, lo vendevano a 18 euro, poco prima di capodanno, approfittando del fatto che non se ne trovassero in giro. E no, non ho sbagliato farmacia. The gentleman who works in this pharmacy and who I believe is also the manager of the store is embarrassing dislike. He should really avoid working in contact with the public if he doesn't even know what the basic rules of education are. Rude is an understatement! Not to mention the reloads they make on quick swabs. The exact same tampon that I found in another pharmacy for 10 euros, they sold it for 18 euros, just before New Year's Eve, taking advantage of the fact that there were none around. And no, I wasn't the wrong pharmacy.
A	Amz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this pharmacy. The staff are rude and argumentative. The only reason people shop here is because it's inside the shopping centre. If you need help or advice do not go here. Plus they lied and said they were the only place outside Milan to do antigen tests which is not true, I walked into one 10 mins away and had my test done by polite staff. Poor service, poor management and vile humans. Avoid avoid avoid.

I found one nearby where the staff was a billion times more considerate and helpful. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Go to Rozzano, the pharmacies are better.
