Farmacia in centro che applica orario continuato dal lunedì al sabato. Fanno anche i tamponi rapidi ad un prezzo basso!!! C'è stato un susseguirsi negli anni di giovani farmaciste presuntuose , saccenti e poco disponibili, ma ultimamente vedo che il personale è cambiato, in parte, e vi è la possibilità di trovare l'ascolto che il cliente richiede. Essere farmacisti da il privilegio di entrare nella vita delle persone. Spesso si hanno pochi minuti per fare le domande giuste, per ascoltare parole, toni e sfumature, per interpretare le pause . Dietro un semplice mal di testa ci possono essere notti insonni, amori finiti o paure mai superate e noi farmacisti abbiamo solo pochi minuti per dare un aiuto, una spiegazione, una rassicurazione che non sia mai una parola vuota. Il sorriso di tutti anche se nascosto da una mascherina è sempre la migliore cura. Being a pharmacist gives you the privilege of entering people's lives. Often you have a few minutes to ask the right questions, to listen to words, tones and nuances, to interpret the pauses. Behind a simple headache there can be sleepless nights, love ends or fears that have never been overcome and we pharmacists have only a few minutes to give help, an explanation, a reassurance that it is never an empty word. Everyone's smile, even if hidden by a mask, is always the best cure.
V	Vane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse possibile, indicherei 10 stelle per elogiare al massimo la cortesia, la disponibilità e la preparazione del personale. In diverse occasioni ho potuto testare la loro competenza medica/farmaceutica ma anche, e sopratutto, la capacità relazionale con il cliente. Nel periodo pandemico, soprattutto con la necessità di eseguire frequentemente dei tamponi, le dottoresse sono state in grado di accogliermi con tanta professionalità ma anche con familiarità e direi non essere per nulla cosa da poco. Brave! If it were possible, I would give 10 stars to praise the courtesy, availability and preparation of the staff to the utmost. On several occasions I have been able to test their medical / pharmaceutical competence but also, and above all, the relational ability with the customer. In the pandemic period, especially with the need to frequently perform swabs, the doctors were able to welcome me with so much professionalism but also with familiarity and I would say it was not a trivial matter. Brave!
