Mi spiego meglio ci sono molte e cig per tiro di guancia e poco di tiro di polmoni.....una ed è una via di mezzo. Comunque ben fornito e qualificato per tiro di guancia. Io sono abituato al tiro di polmone quindi il negozio purtroppo non fa per me. Competent staff. Too bad there are only a few electronic cigarettes. Let me explain better there are many e cigs per cheek shot and a little lung shot ..... one and it's somewhere in between. However well stocked and qualified for cheek shot. I'm used to lung shooting so the shop is unfortunately not for me.

Mia madre è entrata per fare un regalo a me chiedendo una sigaretta da 70 euro che si compra in tabaccheria e ,non intendendosi di queste cose, si è affidata a loro dato che le tabaccherie in cui era stata non vendevano la iquos e le han consigliato di andare in negozi appositi . Dopo aver spiegato tutto ciò le han fatto un buono dal valore di 50€ e quando sono andata a spiegare la situazione mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto spendere il buono che ormai era già stato emesso e che non si poteva fare nulla. Il problema è che avendo già una sigaretta elettronica ( comprata da loro) che non uso non avrei potuto usufruire del buono. Insomma si sono approfittati del fatto che mia madre non conosceva il prodotto è non sono nemmeno riusciti a risolvere la situazione . Se potessi darei zero stelle perché sono state davvero scorrette e disoneste . I don't recommend this shop as they were unfair and unprofessional. My mother came in to give me a gift asking for a 70 euro cigarette that can be bought in a tobacconist's and, not knowing about these things, she relied on them since the tobacconists in which she had been did not sell iquos and they advised her to go to special shops. After explaining all this, they gave her a voucher worth € 50 and when I went to explain the situation I was told that I would have to spend the voucher that had already been issued and that nothing could be done. The problem is that if I already had an electronic cigarette (bought from them) that I don't use, I wouldn't be able to use the voucher. In short, they took advantage of the fact that my mother did not know the product and they did not even manage to solve the situation. If I could I would give zero stars because they were really unfair and dishonest.

Nei giorni successivi, ho comprato altri liquidi in un altro negozio e il prezzo non era invariato, l' ho pagato € 5 . come mai ????? Diffidate da questo negozio !!!!! Spero tanto chiudate! Silvio . The last week of November I went to this shop, of which I am a regular customer, the saleswoman informed me that there had been an increase, about four euros more than normal, telling me that the tax had entered into force of the state . In the following days, I bought other liquids in another shop and the price was not the same, I paid it € 5. why ????? Beware of this shop !!!!! I hope so close! Silvio.
P	Pierluigi Ala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto caro e poco onesto. Ho comprato una e-siga spendendo oltre 100€ perché mi avevano garantito fosse indistruttibile. Dopo poco più di 6 mesi (limite della garanzia) si è rotta e, oltre a non sostituirla, mi hanno detto che posso soltanto buttarla perché non esiste l'assistenza neanche a pagamento. Se questi sono i prodotti di "fascia alta", figuriamoci gli altri! Very expensive and not very honest. I bought an e-sig for over € 100 because they guaranteed me it was indestructible. After a little over 6 months (limit of the guarantee) it broke and, besides not replacing it, they told me that I can only throw it away because there is no assistance even for a fee. If these are the "high end" products, let alone the others!
