Ammontare della spesa: 60 euro... buttate al vento. Mi è stata fatta, su richiesta, una garanzia di un solo mese. Non ero ben informato sui reflow e non sapevo che è soltanto una soluzione riparatoria molto precaria (la scheda video dopo un periodo di tempo, a quanto pare molto breve, ritorna a non funzionare). Mi avessere informato prima avrei comprato un computer nuovo. I was made a reflow to the video card and now, after 2 and a half months, it doesn't work again. Amount of expenditure: 60 euros ... throw yourself away. I was given a one-month guarantee on request. I was not well informed about reflow and did not know that it is only a very precarious reparation solution (the video card after a period of time, apparently very short, does not work again). I had been informed before I would have bought a new computer.

Al proprietario non va proprio giù di avere una recensione negativa. E così ha chiesto ai suoi amici di scriverne una positiva (si noti che hanno scritto tutti nello stesso giorno!). AI FUTURI CLIENTI DI COMPUTER ELLE: IL PROPRIETARIO TENDE A FREGARE SUI PREVENTIVI a voce. Almeno questo è capitato con me. I prezzi sono carissimi (basta confrontare con i loro competitors) perché il proprietario si rivolge ad assistenti esterni (non remunerati su base giornaliera dal proprietario). Quindi il cliente paga doppio: sia il negozio che i collaboratori esterni. CONSIGLIO AI FUTURI CLIENTI: FATEVI FARE UN PREVENTIVO SCRITTO, se non ve lo fanno, rivolgetevi ad altri. Acquistando da questi ragazzi altamente qualificati, competenti, disponibili, dinamici, cordiali e simpatici, non si ha il grande problema dell'assistenza. Pronti in qualsiasi momento ad una consulenza telefonica, all'assistenza online, a soddisfare l'esigenza del cliente di qualsiasi natura. Vivo a Milano, e nonostante ciò non mi sognerei mai di acquistare un pc altrove. Guasti, ripristini, salvataggio dati, recupero dati ( e sappiamo bene quanto di importante abbiamo nei nostri pc ). Sbagliare è umano; chi non fa non sbaglia! Ma grazie ala passione, alla tenacia, alla meticolosità di questi ragazzi, accade difficilmente; Con me, come con tante persone, loro clienti, di mia conoscenza, mai avuto un disguido!!! Quindi affidandomi a loro, per tutti i miei problemi sul pc, posso dire che mi sono trovato sempre molto bene! Sono molto precisi, puntuali e soprattutto molto professionali! Quello che mi piace anche di loro e' che sono molto buoni con la gente ed hanno molta pazienza!
