B	Ben Cos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio quattro stelle, nonostante le avversità del COVID sono riusciti a gestire con tanto rispetto il ricovero riabilitativo di mio padre. La struttura si presente con reparti usando i nomi dei colori gli assistenti e infermiere non hanno un accento italiano ma pur sempre molto gentili. La disponibilità di farci vedere mio padre tramite videochiamata è stata esaustiva, a causa del covid non si poteva entrare vi lascio immaginare tre mesi senza vederlo dal vivo che stress ogni tot di ore ci accendevano la videochiamata, avvolte si dimenticavano di mettere a carica il suo telefono. A parte questo la riabilitazione è andata bene più di una volta ci mandavano dei video come svolgeva la sua riabilitazione. Non lascio cinque stelle perché è stato sofferente per noi non vederlo dal vivo, laddove si possono organizzare tutte le cliniche d’Italia almeno una stanza con dei sistemi utili anticovid per salutarvi parenti. In conclusione lascio un abbraccio forte a tutti un saluto a Sabrina la caposala e al suo staff. Buon lavoro a tutti . I leave four stars, despite the adversities of COVID they managed to manage my father's rehabilitation hospital with great respect. The structure is presented with departments using the names of the colors the assistants and nurses do not have an Italian accent but still very kind. The availability to show us my father via video call was exhaustive, due to the covid you could not enter I let you imagine three months without seeing him live that stress every few hours turned on the video call, sometimes they forgot to charge his phone. Other than that the rehabilitation went well more than once they sent us videos of his rehabilitation. I won't leave five stars because it was painful for us not to see it live, where all the clinics in Italy can organize at least one room with useful anticovid systems to greet relatives. In conclusion I leave a big hug to everyone, a greeting to Sabrina the head nurse and her staff. Good job everyone .
M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo ospedale ho trovato un reparto fisioterapia molto valido con personale in gamba; ho fatto delle visite private con medici specialisti e sono state fatte bene e in orario. Al reparto radiologia invece ho avuto da aspettare rispetto all’appuntamento, non mi è piaciuto anche il fatto che all’ingresso del reparto non c’è nessuno che faccia da reception, bisogna solo sedersi e aspettare. Il reparto analisi è solitamente pieno e l’attesa è lunga, specialmente sul presto la mattina, però è provvisto di numeri da prendere per il proprio turno; le infermiere sono in genere molto preparate. Struttura assolutamente fondamentale e strategica per tutto il territorio sebino, da valorizzare con più investimenti. The analysis department is usually full and the wait is long, especially early in the morning, but it is equipped with numbers to take for your shift; nurses are generally very well trained. An absolutely fundamental and strategic structure for the entire Sebino area, to be enhanced with more investments.

N	Nicola Caprioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per fare una terapia di onde d'urto, ho scelto questa struttura perché è la più vicina al mio posto di lavoro, pertanto facile da raggiungere, la struttura non è nuovissima, ma comunque pulita, il personale gentile e competente, in particolare la persona nella Sig.na Giulia che mi ha praticato la terapia, è stata professionale, brava e gentile. È una struttura che consiglierò sicuramente. I went to do a shock wave therapy, I chose this structure because it is the closest to my workplace, therefore easy to reach, the structure is not brand new, but still clean, the staff are polite and competent, in particularly the person in Miss Giulia who practiced therapy for me, was professional, good and kind. It is a structure that I will definitely recommend.

Il laboratorio analisi, unica nota positiva fa prelievi anche il sabato, preavvio prenotazione. Forse unica cosa che funziona è la riabilitazione, tutto il resto è davvero penoso e pessimo. Se è possibile evitate tale struttura. Poorly maintained, nurse and rude staff. Attention to the patient is minimal. The analysis laboratory, the only positive note, also makes withdrawals on Saturday, pre-booking reservation. Perhaps the only thing that works is rehabilitation, everything else is really painful and bad. If possible, avoid this structure.

Fisioterapia non il massimo in quanto il personale è prevalentemente a partita Iva e pertanto, per mia esperienza personale, non dà il massimo. Radiologia senza reception per sapere cosa fare dev i chiedere al primo infermiere che passa. Gli appuntamenti non sono mai puntuali. Difficoltà per prenderli. Si deve migliorare. Average structure. The withdrawal point is good. Physiotherapy is not the best as the staff is mainly VAT and therefore, in my personal experience, does not give the best. Radiology without reception to know what to do you have to ask the first nurse who passes. Appointments are never on time. Difficulty to catch them. We must improve.
